This is what you get when 80% of your youth are roaming the street jobless.
Not to be pessimistic but this is never ending anytime soon cos the level of frustration among the youth today is overwhelming.
Many of them are above 30 and have no blueprint on how to structure their life.
Hope they know the consequences when caught by angry mobs

It will be unbelievable of truly they’ve never received any allowances!

Nigeria has cancelled this program na. They should come back home and stop studying English in Morocco.

Oh, if this is true, then they have no need to complain much. The embassy can ensure their safe return

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fwk6vZZYjsU&t=6s

Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) confronts the harsh reality facing Nigerian students on Federal Government Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) scholarships in Morocco. These scholars, promised full support including monthly stipends, tuition, and flights, have been left stranded for years due to unpaid allowances, leading to evictions, hunger, injuries, and tragically, deaths.
In this powerful on-the-ground video, VDM speaks directly to the students as they protest outside in the cold. Hear their raw testimonies:
Unable to work legally per agreement with Morocco
Begging for food, facing homelessness, and avoiding medical care due to costs
One student on crutches after a broken leg from illegal work
RIP to Bashir Malami, who died from untreated illness
Embassy interventions borrowing money for emergencies
VDM calls out President Bola Tinubu's administration for fraud, lies, and neglect, demanding immediate release of funds by the Minister of Education.
This is a humanitarian crisis – Nigerian scholars suffering while funds are allegedly embezzled.

Jakarta:
Nigeria happened to them in Morocco. Don't be surprised that the money being budgeted and allocated to them yearly is being embezzled by one oga at the top.
Maybe VDM needs to be informed about BEA. Can’t say how things are presently, but I believe most people who benefitted from this agreement are also here on NL.
Didn’t know Morocco is also among the countries in BEA with Nigeria.
However, with BEA, the host country takes students (on scholarship) and based on agreement between both countries. At this point, VDM could have asked for the agreement. Has there been violation of the agreement from the students, or both government?

And they never overstay.
So their money will be refunded grin

Anyways, they have no need to stay in a country illegally, when they make more money in Nigeria.

An important question: when will the money be refunded?
SportsRe: AFCON 2025: Super Eagles Players Refuse To Travel For Algeria Game Over Bonuses by Cmanforall: 10:11pm On Jan 07
They have started

When will this stop?

I think all these protests are triggered in part by NFF’s recruitment process.
Possibly after taking money from these players through lobbying and bribery, they also want to withhold their bonuses.

This is a very good news. I think 15K dollar is even too small.
I read through carefully.

It didn’t also exempt people applying outside Nigeria, once they apply using the Nigerian passport.

Many people will be affected, but not the high class Nigerians and corrupt politicians.
Politicians who bought APC tickets for $100,000 would see this 15k as nothing.

This one is already a one term office holder.
But the choice of pert can confuse villagers grin
, for example voting APP instead of APC grin

Read then his election was like gun battles.
So many top politicians have interest in that office, including former Imo governor, Rochas Okorocha.
If he wins with this his party, then he’d be in political control of that region

It was overspeeding. Any forensic expert can see that.

A truck was stationary, if he had not been Onondaga a high speed, he would have noticed that truck on time, and should he eventually hit the truck, the impact would have been on the car and not be this fatal.

However, Nigerian drivers, especially those driving with escorts, usually think the road belongs to them, and therefore pay less attention to some details

is he wrong thohuh?? Doesn't Nigeria victory depend on him?
No…
It doesn’t depend on him.
Nigeria won Uganda without him scoring

Nigeria walled Mozambique by a goal before he scored

I think Bassey deserves lots of accolade for his role, though he doesn’t make much noise or cause scenes

By the way, if anyone here knows any of the women, don't just come and eat out their locations. First reach out to the women and let them know someone is looking for them. Then next steps will be took.
Good tip!

Enjoy public beaches while you can .... foreign investors will soon take them over in the name of public private initiatives. This has been happening in many countries here in Africa and the Caribbean. Don't forget ...... it will bring jobs.
Then Europeans should be applauded, because their beaches are accessible to the pubkic

Let's see how it goes.
I knew such press release will be released soon. Whether resolved or not, it is the duty of NFF to ensure such news die off ahead of other crucial game in the tournament

Meanwhile, some strikers will be praying for Osihmen to leave, let them see at least 75 minutes play grin

Poor attitude, no wonder top teams avoiding him.
There was video he was making then cursing one of former Super Eagles player, I think Finidi. The way he was shouting at the guy with the phone. Even said he’d punch him etc. Then Inknew his wealth don enter his head , that is pride and arrogance.

He thinks Nigeria will lose without him?
Let him leave, and watch how Super Eagles may loft this year’s AFCON.
Life can be that way!

He cannot be greater than the Team. If he leaves, another person will be happy to take his place!
