Looking at this press conference video, it is obvious he was not under any arres, because I can't understand why the police said he was arrested while he was surrounded more by his people while the police only came in when the press conference was about to commence and were at distance to the suspect. This shows that the suspect is more in the custody of his people than the police.

Some current world powers are desperately hungry for Africa's resources now, and they need some African presidents to be muzzled to achieve this. The UN General Assembly and its other side events have been a ground where such things are conveniently started and/or sealed.

Having the top three economic countries' presidents absent from the UNGA is not a coincidence, but deliberate, so as not to be engaged in a total sell-off of the African continent in the name of the UN Security Council, UN Strategic Engagement, and/or UN General Assembly resolutions/ratification, etc.

Any country that needs Africa's resources should come to Africa with their hands in their back and their tongue in their cheeks to come and negotiate a mutually beneficial deal, not to muzzle Africa in the name of the UN Security Council or UN General Assembly resolutions and its other cohorts.

That's not how it works.

Wills in the UK are usually probated...ie the will has been validated, and executed...which takes a few months.

What the royal family did was to essentially seal their will, meaning that after probate, the will cannot be read by ordinary members of the public. Normally, once a will is probated, it can be read by even ordinary members of the public...regardless of the person's status.

The reason why the royal family did so goes back to around 1910, when the younger brother of the then Princess of Wales, and Duchess of Cornwall, Princess (later HM Queen) Mary, grandmother of Elizabeth, died and left jewels, including some which technically belonged to the Crown, to his mistress (aka side chick...that's what they called them in those days).

As you can guess, there was a massive scandal, especially as the side chick had been a secret, but the case was in the open (she got her jewels, but the royal family bought them back from her, long story).

After that, royal wills were sealed after probate. Hence the practice.
