Job Description

The Site Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term (or time-specific) projects which have a definite beginning, an end, with specified deliverables.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Liaising with the relevant ministries and agencies involved with the project

Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors.

Buying materials for each phase of the project.

Monitoring build costs and project progress

Conducting quality and safety inspections.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Maintaining quality control checks.

Motivating the workforce.

Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.

Using specialist project management computer programmes.

Working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a site office.

Qualifications

University Degree in a related subject. Master's Degree will be an advantage

Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as aircraft and railroad cars.

Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.

B.Eng Automobile Engineering with at least 5 years experience.
