It's fake. You applied in 2019 but that domain name was registered in 2020. Also, the registrant information is not that of NCS. (See attached)

So, I received same mail some weeks back though I applied but not shortlisted.
I opened the link and the guy was saying pay to so so bank na so I jakpa.
