Chai, this Sujimoto guy talks to much... all hype and very little substance. I'm cock sure he's the one that planted this story into the media now, just to boost his ego. Look at the big grammar inside one small bank branch they asked him to build. So if they ask him to build an office complex, what will be say? He will start churning out some of those his worthless jargons, Lucrezia by Paparazzi, Vigilante by Afragafrigi and so on. Sujimoto should learn to be humble and let his work speak for him. He shouldn't be the one trying to blow his trumpet and seek unnecessary attention. I have observed him from a distance for a while and seen he's full of hype. The "fake it until you become it kind of person". Very serious business people will prefer to do business with someone who talks less, does more and allows his work speak for him.

Hello Finetalk, thanks for the great work you are doing on this forum. I have just one question for you. Can someone negotiate or ask for a higher position if you believe what you were given is not commensurate to your current qualification and experience. For instance, if I am offered an Assistant Manager, Can I write them back and ask them to consider me for Deputy Manager instead? Finetalk: I will ask them. But I think it will be based on what u were doing in the financial institution. They said they sent a form to fill experience and work responsibility. That form is impt to that and they will use it to give level and they will confirm what u put down.
