PoliticsRe: Melaye Calls For The Scrapping Of "State Of Origin" As A Political Requirement by code11(m): 7:42am On Jun 18, 2016

Dino is confused here!
What has ethnic bigotry got to do with relating and identifying with your source?
Bro it does a lot. Maybe you have not seen a case where one is denied a contract because he is not from a particular state. Have you even seen the quota for things like NDA?

What caused the Northern killings that led to the Biafra war? It was caused by wide and open evidence that we are different. We need to close those gap is we are to survive as a nation. And BuBu should stop hate speeches

Maybe Malaye is just trying to redeem is dented image by coming up with a good agenda grin. Let him sponsor the bill and I will know he is serious.
PoliticsRe: Melaye Calls For The Scrapping Of "State Of Origin" As A Political Requirement by code11(m):
This will be a welcome development. But our senators from the north will not vote for that. Imagine what will happen in admission and civil service employment? Imagine everyone has an equal chance of employment... How many northerners will be in good Universities, civil service and the army?

Removal of state of origin means removal of catchment area. I remember when I took federal common entrance exam... I scored 456 over 600 still I was not invited to the interview because I was from Anambra state. People from Sokoto, Adamawa and some other state were invited with scores as low as 100. How fair is this.?

When I wrote jamb for uni... I had 297 to be admitted. But my fellow students from some of these catchment state just need to score 180. How fair is this..?

I support the removal but the issue has lingered for a long time. State of origin creates uneven and unequal opportunity
PoliticsRe: Warning:forcefull Retired Army Officers By PMB Would Join Biafra Struggle by code11(m): 5:26am On Jun 18, 2016
I sensed a lot of insensitivity in this government. The tiny lines that join Nigeria are breaking up and the government is busy facilitating the break up. The actions against the south are becoming obvious. They sack our officers... Even come all the way from the fulani North to kill our people down East. I konw the joint of the political zone are very weak now, the Bubu may soon brake it himself with another incredible action.

The essence of the Constitution is to create a livable society not a he'll like one. I think that section is ok the way it is. It same with the US Constitution where we COPIED from. Electronoona are super expensive both in terms of financial resources, human resources and otherwise. We have to avoid constant elections till 4 years is over.
PoliticsRe: "Boko Haram Now Has An Army" - Niger Republic Warns by code11(m): 5:12am On Jun 18, 2016
This is what happens when you have a bunch of people who are so gullible and vulnerable to brain washing. Am not surprised they now have an army... FG has been concentrating of fighting in the Niger Delta thus neglecting the fragile fragment of the North.

I just remembered BuBus statement that he will make Goodlucks government ungovernable... Hehehe he now who's government is ungovernable? The Nigerian military has out of corruption denied soldiers weapons, how then do we fight insurgency?
PoliticsRe: FG Charges Saraki And Ekweremadu With Forgery by code11(m): 5:08am On Jun 18, 2016
Propaganda! Propaganda!! Propaganda!!! This is exactly why BuBu has to go and employ many media advisers, to tell him the right move to make to attract public attention. What have we not heard as a nation. This is all hoax. Sarakis trial has been on for a year now, what is the outcome? Then we see this! Hehehe. Even if this trial is genuine, expect it to start like next year and linger on till those two are out of office... Then slowly forgotten. Too bad we have dust raising leaders, they think we have not wise up.... We have!
PoliticsRe: Wall Street Journal: Buhari Is Nigeria’s Problem, Not Its Solution by code11(m): 5:32am On Jun 17, 2016
Nice investigation. The truth is that Nigeria was merged on very thin lines. The North, South and other regions almost have nothing in common. The Bubu has not really noticed that and he is breaking up the country by his hate statement like the 5% statement, the killing of a Christian woman in kano, the revoke of the amnesty to militants, ... Plenty more.

He has lunched a fighter dog kind of corruption tackling mechanism that fights only his enemies. We have Amaechi, Fashola etc all walking free....

Let's see the next 1 year... Are we gonna survive?

PoliticsRe: 4 Key Reasons Why Niger Delta's Militants Will Not Achieved Their Aims! by code11(m): 5:16am On Jun 17, 2016
You have some valid point but unknown to you is that they have a hidden agenda. The only reason they fight is to pressure the government. And the last time I checked, they were doing that even Bubu ran away from their region because of fear. Don't underestimate the power of an angered people, they can always come together to deal with you.

Welcome home baba. Hope the ear is now fair enough cus a lot has happened since you were away.

The NDA has refused to stop breaking our pipelines baba

Tomatoes are not as costly as range rovers, we have all gone back to banga soup and rice no more tomatoes stew.

Osibanjo has proved that he can reasonably stair Nigeria more than you can. In the past 10 days he has made some reasonable moves.

We lost two icons in few days, Keshi and Amodu.

Death has decided to start killing from the elite class. So baba warn Sasaki and all those who have been thinking they are gods.

Baba your brothers in the north has been violent about their religious fast. They killed a woman and beat up another man. Baba shebi na peace we want?

Baba states can't pay workers again. All yoruba states seem to be owing except lagos states. Baba civil servants are wailing oh

Baba fashola has gone mad. The little power we had before is no more. He said power belongs to God. We are now in full darkness.

Baba Fayose has finally gone mad. He went on strike as a governor to show putt for his striking workers. He still said he can't pay them but wants them to keep working.

Baba boko boys still dey oh

NDA dey too.

Finally welcome back to he'll.
PoliticsRe: Niger Deltans Drag FG To Ecowas Court Over Oil Blocks Ownership by code11(m):
After all said and done, the truth still remains that the oil in the Niger delta is the blood of the Nigerian economy. Just a little drop in oil and western States like oyo, osun, Ekiti etc can't even pay workers salary. What do I even say of Northern states? Nigeria has been ripping where they have not sown and it's time to stop. I am not from the Delta regions but then I see a lot of reason in their case. They deserve a better life. Moreover I think its time the FG find another way to revamp grassroot development. Let's just give up on oil for now. I pray people like Fayose will stop talking trash daily and find a way to move Ekiti forward without waiting for federal oil money allocation cus soon there will be no money to allocate.

SportsOFFICIAL: Jose Mourinho Named As New Nigeria Coach by code11(op): 11:08am On Apr 01, 2016
Jose Mourinho has been named the new head coach of Nigeria following the departure of interim Samson Siasia.

Mourinho signed a four-year contract to take charge of the Super Eagles, while Mutiu Adepoju, Kanu Nwankwo and Peter Rufai join him as his backroom staff.

The former Chelsea coach will be tasked with qualifying Nigeria for the 2018 World Cup having missed out of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations billed for Gabon.

The 53-year-old had been linked with Manchester United job but has agreed a deal with Nigeria which is due to last until 2020, after Sunday Oliseh quit his post on February 25, 2016.

"I have the pleasure to confirm I have committed to a legendary African side, with the massive challenge of qualifying for the Russia 2018 World Cup," Mourinho told Goal.

"I am lucky because for years I had the fortune to coach big teams like Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid, and now I have the opportunity to coach another big team like Nigeria. It is an honour and I want to keep winning.

"We have a duty to prove we are the best team in Africa and also do well at the 2018 World Cup.

“I’d like to thank the Nigeria Football Federation for believing in me and with their backing, I am confident that we can build a stronger Super Eagles,” he concluded.

Mourinho will be presented at a media conference on Friday at the Abuja National Stadium.

Happy April 1st!

The exchange rate issue is not Buhari's fault. Even if the federal government starts now to build local industries, it will take like 5 to 10 years to get them fully operational. Obj and Gej has so much from the excess crude account as well as the high cost of oil then.... Why did they do with the money? We all know what they did.

The FX will fix itself if nice policies are taken but don't expect it to fix in a year unless Opec standardizes oil price
PoliticsRe: Tompolo Boys Defy Buhari, Vows To Set Nigeria On Fire by code11(m): 11:01pm On Feb 20, 2016
Nobody is above the law. Tombolo should submit himself to EFCC just like the court orderd.

RUBBISH. Tombolo better hide well. If Buhari can flaunt court orders why shouldn't Tombolo do the same.

This government is not transparent at all.
