A lot of factors can hinder a player's performance in a different league. Probably new weather, maybe new language too, new culture, new people, even the environment and also some can be homesick.

But the reality is that, great players will adapt anywhere they find themselves.

Anywayz, if we can squeeze out 3 solid years from Nolito, I don't think that will be bad. What do you think?
