Chibabe4Christ: I have heard people say PTE is easier. For sure I know IELTS is kinda tough, but I got 8.0 as overall bandscore. I have not heard of any discrimination to any of the English tests. Good luck. |

GrasstoGrace: In ranking, it ranks higher than DBS and many other schools in Ireland. Yet, no one has posted to say employers discrimate those certificates. I am not in Ireland though. |

GrasstoGrace: I have not seen any particular bad review on Griffith. So far, Griffith has the highest number of Nigerian students in Ireland. Griffith also is one of the very few schools in the world to have ACCA platinum accreditation. |

Pls, does any female need a roommate in Dulin? I feel this info might be beneficial to someone here. My roommate is graduating this January and will be retiring back to his country. In lieu to the difficulty in securing accommodation here in Dublin, any prospective male student that is interested can replace him. The accommodation will be available from the 15th of January, 2018 but he is willing to move out if the person taking the accommodation is coming earlier than that date. The house rent is £430 monthly + £30 for utilities, making it £460 monthly. It's a 2-bed space, very neat and the house has every modern facility a house should have. It's a first come, first serve basis. I am placing this here cause I need a brother from my own country in same apartment with me..lol. NOTE: Please DO NOT pay anyone upfront from Nigeria at the moment for accommodation. You ought to inspect the accommodation and if it's suitable to your taste before you pay. I am saying this so that no one here will fall prey to scam artists mascurading as students studying presently in Ireland and wanting to offer assistance.
|

Jenniliousatoe: I did IELTS my Overall band score 8.0. Though it wld expire soon. I am happy to see all these testimonies. For anyone that has been refused before by any country, the devastation goes away with time especially when u are busy. This thread helped me to quickly overcome the pain from the Canny people. I could not tell anyone about the refusal. I come here daily after work to read ur comments and it feels good to see happy words. Good luck to all hopefuls. Kudos to everyone. 6 Likes |

CODEDBARREL: Good evening all. I am new here. Its past mid night and I am crying as I come to you for consolation. I had applied to Australia in 2010/2011 for student visa and it was denied. This year, I decided to try again. I applied to Canada, twice. I was admitted for a PGcert program. Today, I got the notification that my application has been rejected for the second time. I am saddened now. . I am now considering Ireland. Is this a good idea? Or shld I seek for a masters program (I have 2.2 accounting). I am scared of increasing my refusal history. Past refusal were for Travel history, purpose, family tie and personal assets. I thought I addressed all of these prior to application. Someone shld Pls talk to me. |
