I wish you the best .

TopFxManager:

if it was to be always like that, then a lot of ideas and inventions would not come to reality, as the idea generators or inventors mostly rely on the investors who believe in them to come up with those inventions or make their ideas a reality.

If people wait to see what we have made of ourselves, what about the possibility of faking it? Have you heard of the phrase “Fake it till you make it”? we can as well put up the impression of a successful person with borrowed luxuries to deceive many, but we are not out for that. This is the way so call unsuccessful instagram traders scam investors with pictures and videos of borrowed luxurious cars, mansions, etc. We understand that you can be legitimate and still package yourself with such fake life till you make it, but what if it is not really in your character to leave a fake life.

We are more than 100% confident in our trading strategy and would love to take a loan from the bank, you know that you need to provide a collateral or have a job, as that is the requirements from banks to get a loan. We have put in a lot of resources in time, money and years in developing the trading system that we are running now. Achieving this feat to become finally a profitable trader has cost us a lot and we are setting this services for interested investors who cannot afford to put in the same to master this field, but want to invest in a legitimate forex fund management service set up under a government licensed and regulated foreign exchange brokerage firm.

Notwithstanding, we are still talking to potential investors, it is just that the bad experience that there have had with all these scam/ponzi schemes, fronting forex as their line of business, and bad experience from unprofitable traders who deceived them with fake trading screenshots and ended up blowing their funds is making it difficult for them to reach a decision to invest with us. A lot of them when the hear about promises of outrageous and unrealistic returns, they through caution to the winds and ended up falling a victim to the above mentioned schemes, what would not have happened had they been following our warnings and exposures of these scam/ponzi schemes in this forum, and also requiring current third party verified trading performance statistics from the traders/fund managers, and also ensuring that the trading performance statistics are from the trading server of a government licensed and regulated foreign exchange brokerage firm.

Whatever final decision that you reach on this thread, we wish you the best.

Then you should become a self made billionaire first then people listen to you. Let people see what you have made of yourself then the rest would be history You can take loan from the bank to execute your trading business.

TopFxManager:
We are currently working on that, we have included friends too. What if they do not have an open mind like you? What if they do not believe in the possibilities of the internet like you, the possibilities of running a business and making money remotely like you, what do you do? You can't force them, reason we take our service to people that believe in the possibilities of the internet.

Thank you 💖

Let me advice u.

First of all,sit down and do the math before buying any property.

If u buy a property for 60million and u get say 6million as rent every year. For me that is a useless investment.

If u invest in treasury bill or possibly an alternate investment that is more liquid than real estate and with similar amount of money that gives u say,10million naira per annum which would u do?

Remember, some people buy real estate for prestige and not for the real purpose of making money that is why,I doubt if I can advice u to put ur money into real estate, not because everyone is into it that makes good. Remember the cost of maintenance is also another factor to be considered when investing in real estate.

Advice:
Go and invest in liquid assets except u want a place u might live in whenever u come into the country any day.

Good luck to u.

He said he wants Polish PR.

-Lord

No, not Poland PR , the plan is to move to Germany from Poland in the next one year. I got a job in Germany in 2020 but could not secure appointment with the embassy in Nigeria to apply for visa. No once I get to Poland I would have access to more Jobs since I would be living in the EU and from there I can move to Poland or Portugal. As you know once you lived in EU for five years you can get PR

For someone with 97M cash, you talk too much.

For a software engineer...you actually are not smart.

So, you choose to come to naira land, a faceless forum populated by the good , the bad , the ugly , to announce yourself?

You mean ..at this age and level, you have no clue the things to do, such that you have to ask on here?

You don't have trusted fam? Or reasonable friends?

You can't think for yourself?

Dude.

Thanks so much, I know you are smarter. Could you let me know why I shouldn't post here

Very easy. Connect with reputable mortgage banks and company’s and see if you can fulfill their requirements.

Please note, I stated “Reputable”

Thanks for the information, can you recommend.

Buy real estate in Dubai, US or Canada. Get a mortgage in any of those countries and build a portfolio.

90m Naira in Nigeria today will probably be 50m Naira next year December.

[/quotes]

Hmmmm, this make sense, how possible is it to invest in those countries from Nigeria without Visa.

Hello House,

I need some advice.

I just got a job in Poland and the work permit has been sent to me, as a software engineer I have dreamt of getting a second leg in a country in Europe and now this happened (a dream came through)

But then, the salary is small compared to what I am currently earning as a remote engineer.
Since it has always been my dream I have decided to give it a shot , get the PR and probably come back to Nigeria and now the thought of getting a house before leaving sets in. The total cash I have is 97m aside the investment in shares which is around 10m and also the pension worth 8m I don't have any other property even a car.

Therefore I have been in the lookout for a house in Lagos but those that meets my standard are between 50-60 million.

Please experts in the house, is it a smart decision to spend such amount of money in property at this point.
