Moreover the most important thing is he has come out to accept and refund you. It is only morally right to take this down as right now he didint scam you, you both had a misunderstanding that seems to be resolved now.

well I think if you can actualy confirm the refund, it is ony right to atleast take down some of his personal information. Have you confirmed what really happened, he said he didint have access to his phone and his family was scared. naiaraland scammers never give refunds, don't care and will even be the ones threatening you.

If you don't trust the company then switch over to another hosting or better still get a clod account with digital ocean
