Have u considered maybe your battery was swapped where u went to load the os? find someone using Q10 and swap batteries to see if u still ve the same result.

I dnt think so,cos I hav 2 ba3s...I inserted d old 1 wen I took it der,so even if dey changed it,d new 1 shld not b affected...

Do you have steady Internet connection?

If your answer to the questions above is yes, pls download BlackBerry link on the pc from BlackBerry.com and install on the pc. Connect the device to the pc via USB cable and use the BlackBerry link to reload your OS on the device

Gud day peeps...pls am havin d ffg issues on my q10
1. Full charge is lyk 6-7 hrs
2. Ba3 usage less dan 2hrs b4 fone dies
3. Discharges wen using fone nd chargin
4. Xcessively hot

Note: I hav 2 ba3,a new nd old 1 bt it's d same on both,ba3 drains faster even wen I turn off d network,tested on 3 BlackBerry chargers,drains a 13000maH PB nd d ba3 won't b full still...I noticed dis afta my OS crashed nd som1 reloaded it 4 me...am really fed up nd it's makin me hate d fone

I knw PCA is used for feature reductn i.e 15 hiv symptons can b reduced to 8 symtns...then d LSSVM can b used 2 classify to +ve or -ve,d prob is i dnt knw hw to go abt d implementatn...
