You can't complete the process on your own!

CAC itself has empowered 3rd party guys to be doing the process and you have to go through them.

Stop misleading people, this guy in question is talking about business name registration and not incorporation. Business NAME REGISTRATION is actually the processes he outlined there, and you don't need an iota service(s) of any third party in achieving it. Thanks.

I hope you properly coverted the documents to PDF and merged the necessary documents e.g. 2 payments receipts before upload?...Now do check time to time for necessary action(s)/ step to take. The moment the processing here changes to approved then chill till your number will be given.

All the issues you raised are not entirely accurate. They only look like a ploy to deter people that may want to go into the business.

Power: tell me a business that relies on government power in this country. Even our homes are majorly powered by Gen. sets. Its one of the major items to procure upon starting any business in Nigeria. Mentioning power as a challenge is simply stating the obvious.

Pride/Ironing: You need not be a presser to run the business just like you need not be a cook to run a restaurant. Ironing can be outsourced. There are guys that iron and charge about #50 or less per shirt, engage them. You call them on need basis and pay them per item ironed. Shikena.

Monitoring: Yes its important mostly in the area of washing/ironing to maintain good standard and not for some boys to rip you off. Your presence is not needed at the shop once you put some checks and balances in place.

You will have no life: hell no! The beginning might be rough like every other business but it won't take your life away. Outsource the washing/ironing if you can't hire staff at the beginning. The most important staff for starters is the front desk person.

Combine with barbing; Awful combination! How would you feel picking fresh clothes from the drycleaner with strands of hair. It's a complete put off. Infact no one will take you serious when you have a shop that combines two non complimentary businesses. Focus my friend, focus!

One thing you should know is that your brother is now married and is firstly responsible to his wife and kids before any other person so him allowing three extended family to stay in this hard times is an act of kindness and bravery please don't add more stress to his life by bickering with your in-laws. We women are troublesome by nature then when we see someone who has our time we extend the trouble. The truth is
1. There is no way the room would have been left for you while there are women in the house (they need privacy).
2. Why will you say that you will go to the village? Don't you know you give your brother some kind of security in the midst of his wife and her obviously troublesome sisters by staying with him? Has he asked you to leave yet?
3. You where wrong to slap the young woman, no matter what the grieviance is you don't touch a woman.
4. They where wrong to throw your mattress out but please forgive them and move on. Thank God your brother made provisions for a replacement.
5. Take this place as a training ground for your future, if it's anything you should be bothered about now, is to be more determined about gaining independence and making it in life.

I made payment for business name using remitas, the money was deducted from my account and the receipt has bn sent to me, but on CAC site it still showing not paid

Don't bother yourself too much brother! Just log into your account, on the dashboard you will see reserved name! and Company registration. Now for name approval receipt #500 click on reserved name click on your approved name at the center top then click on payment history you will see your payment receipt ready for download also for #10k receipt click on company registration (pending approval) approved name then click on payment history you will see your payment receipt ready for download.

I hope this isn't​ too late?....Kwara park is OPPOSITE CHISCO Park(.i.e.) when you're coming from either NGWA market/SHOPPING complex alight at PARK and cross to the other part of the road. That's the road between a shopping mall and GALLOPING MOTORS. Trek for about 3 mins then you will see the park by the left.
