Who promised you any life after school? That person is the real scam. There is no certain commitment from anyone other than you to be productive and earn your living. The real issue is about bad system where you are trapped with bad or no real options. No power or too expensive. Bad roads. Needless roads. Graft & bribery. Extortion. |

Politics › Reason For Agressive 2027 Groundwork By Tinubu by CodeTemplarr(op): 3:49pm On Jul 03, 2025 |
If you take Obi's vote and Atiku's vote at the last election and combine them, thats what a coalition between both candidates could easily total in 2027. Tinubu knew this and has probably laid the groundwork for possible 2027 vote reallocation(rigging) by aggressively poaching PDP rich states like Delta and Rivers. With that on ground, any movement or pure conjecture of votes will look justifiable to the world.
Even the people in the poached PDP states are more likely to ditch APC, don't expect such an outcome when the figures are finally rolled out.
Sagacious Tinubu. He knows what he is doing. |
Politics › Re: Dollar Was Never Around N150 In 2010 by CodeTemplarr: 1:56pm On Jul 03, 2025 |
helinues: That lies have been flying around for some time whenever some people want to question why the dollar rate currently is above N1500.
The truth is, during the time of naira to dollar N150, it was subsidized dollar as the then president didn't want the rate to go unnecessary higher during his time, they kept subsidizing while the then CBN governor and his cronies were reselling to other countries. It even got to a time we were borrowing just to meet up with the fake N150 rate.
Buhari stopped the borrowing, even though there were still subsidizing, we started seeing N355 rate, as the subsidizing money was reducing, the rate continue going up
President Tinubu came, he said we are not going to subsidized the dollar again, let the real price show it's face and the market will take care of the rest.
Without borrowing, without subsidy, the real actual Dollar rate as from 2023 when president Tinubu took over was N1500. As at this time last year, Naira to dollar rate was around N1535. As at today's rate it's around N1560
Naira to dollar rate 2024 N1535 Naira to dollar rate 2025 N1560
Can we see the stability in the naira to dollar rate under this government? Yeye. It should be N10,000,000 to a dollar for even more stability. |

TenQ: It's not like that sir. Completely different skill sets are needed for repairing Generators.
I design and build electronic circuits on PCB, and they could include both analogue and digital components.
However, one thing I am not good with is repairing damaged electronics because it takes experience with repairing to do such
The one who can repair usually cannot design and implement a given circuit apt. Design is more complex and has to be done with advanced tools that are largely abstract in nature or output. Because of this complexity, engineering is always very vast and stretched. They also employ many hands to introduce more desirable features and thus compete in the market. There is the issue of economy of scales. You probably wont stress yourself to design a tv or radio reciever pcb only to end up printing one copy. It will be unfeasible for the market. |

TruthsFM: Nawaoooo. What is the essence of studying machines and its functions in the school then. You or/and the man are deeply ignorant. The job of these professors is to teach design principles and advance/expand the body of knowledge(academic researchers). Engineering is broad at degree level the way NUC has structured it. It takes masters degree in a specific subfield to start handling your own design talk less of other peoples designs. To make it more complicated, most products nowadays incorporate principles from wide range of engineering fields which is almost impossible for any single professor to be proficient in all of. |

Education › Re: How Much Is ₦50,000 In 2008 Worth Today? by CodeTemplarr: 10:22pm On Jul 01, 2025 |
SUPERPACK: Since naira is not a stable currency we have do the calculation with the value of a stable currency against the naira which is dollar.
In 2008 the average naira to dollar exchange rate was #117 per dollar. #50000 divided by #117 per dollar = $427.
To get the new value we multiply $427 by the current dollar to naira rate of #1560 per dollar = #666,120.
So that #50,000 is worth about #666,000 in our today's economy.
Mynd44. You made one crucial mistake. How much is a dollar in 2008 worth in 2025. The dollar isnt fixed and changes relative to itself across time. |
