For a Class 4E aircraft, the required length is 3.6 kilometers, with an additional 750 meters on both sides for the Runway End Safety Area (RESA), bringing the total to 5.1 kilometers. However, the available dimension at Ido Osun is only 3.25 kilometers,” Oriowo explained.

This Adeleke is a clown of the highest order. If Ido runway is too short, extend it. Doing an unviable project halfway in Ifo then relocating to Ede is very daft idea at all levels.
