Good morning house, Have you ever finished a full day of work and then sat there thinking: what exactly did I just do for the past 8 hours? I had this problem. I tried tracking manually by writing down every app I used and every task I switched to. I lasted 2 days before I gave up. It was painful. So I looked for an app that could do it for me. I found a few: RescueTime, Hubstaff, Time Doctor. But they all had the same issue: they were designed for employers to monitor employees. Screenshots every few minutes. Keystroke logging. Productivity scores sent to your boss. I didn't want a surveillance tool. I wanted something for ME. Something that just tells me honestly where my day went. So I built it. What is DayLens? DayLens is a free Windows desktop app that silently tracks every application and website you use throughout the day, then gives you a complete breakdown of how you spent your time. How it works: It runs in the background; you don't touch it during the day. It records which apps you use and for how long (polls every 6 seconds). A browser extension (Chrome/Brave/Edge) tracks which specific websites and tabs you visit. It intelligently categorizes everything: Deep Work, Communication, Learning, Entertainment, etc. At the end of the day, you get a Day Summary with a professional time log. Smart features: Groups scattered activities together (3 email checks across the morning = one "Communication" row). Detects meetings in the background (Teams/Zoom running while you multitask = full meeting time captured). YouTube tutorials are categorized as Learning, not Entertainment. LinkedIn job searching is Deep Work, not Social Media. Detects when you're idle (keyboard/mouse inactive for 5 min stops tracking, even if screen is on). Prevents overnight false tracking (laptop charging with screen on won't record fake hours). What it does NOT do: No screenshots. No keystroke logging. No data sent anywhere. Everything stays in a local SQLite database on your machine. No account creation. No subscription (completely free). No employer dashboard. This is for YOU, not your boss. Tech stack (for the developers here): Electron 29 SQLite via sql.js (WebAssembly) Window detection via PowerShell + Win32 API (GetForegroundWindow, GetLastInputInfo) Chrome Extension Manifest V3 + local WebSocket on 127.0.0.1 Optional AI integration: Puter.js (free), Google Gemini, or OpenAI Source code: https://github.com/alagemoo/dayslens Download: https://github.com/alagemoo/dayslens/releases/download/v1.2.3/DayLens-Setup-1.2.3.exe I built this because I needed it. If you fill a timesheet at work, or you're a freelancer who bills by the hour, or you just want to know where your time actually goes, try it. I'm actively developing this. Your feedback will directly shape the next version. Gideon Aniechi https://valiontech.com

As a young lad, I was a terrible child. I was going to church, born into deeper life, yet I was sinfully into the most scrupulous devilsih things. I can't even believe that a young person can be that evil in actions. By some chance and circumstances, I walked into a Christ Embassy church in 2011. Before now, I have gone for altar call countless times, infact every crusade that I attended. I love the Lord, yet I was not there. In that 2011, I gave my heart to Christ yet again at an Atmosphere of Miracle program by our man of God. And I was filled with the Holy Spirit. Fast forward to today; * I am a top global sponsor of the world of God. * Has been Zonal Top Partnering Individuals for multiple years. * I have led over 1000 persons to christ in single meetings * I have raised multiple leaders for the gospel of Christ. * I have hosted over 100 successful crusade where many people have given their heart to Christ. I can continue counting forever the impact of your teachings and messages in my life. Thank you Pastor Chris for bringing the gospel of our Lord Jesus to me in such a way that it has impacted lives and nations all around the world. I love you dear Pastor. Thank you Jesus for Pastor Chris. |
They always forget that the movie is supposed to portray real life events. They just want to tarnish our image on all fronts. |
It is so good to see this on the front page. Please let's do this always. |
Can these fans gather together to help us get a good president? If not, it's vanity! |
Tflex01:So na until 2039 for Peter Obi? Let's start campaigning for me now then! |
But then, when I saw that Tinubu said he can't get because of road. The very first thing that came to my head is what happened to the choppers? Like what happened to them ![]() That excuse is too lame. I think the man is old sha! He should be allowed to go and take care of his grandchildren. Nigeria needs an active President that is up and about. |
Let's give this Peter Obi a chance self, let's see what he can really do. |
As I was reading this bro, I could see myself in this your story. |

May God raise someone else who would also build a refinery and become a worthy competition. And I hope that this would also force the NNPCL to actually be determined to make country's refineries work. If the country's refineries work, Dangote can't monopolize. The country would make more money from oil export and the price of fuel would be stable and competitive. But Dangote knows that they would rather die in court than make the country's refineries work. In a way, he's challenging the Federal government to become responsible. |
tunjijones:Bro...abeg, drop your number or email. |
Omo! This is massive—402 billion ![]() Yesterday, I came across something Dangote said, and it really touched me. While First Bank was holding its groundbreaking event at Eko Atlantic, Dangote mentioned that after setting up a $20 billion USD refinery, he can finally rest. Omo! That statement is engraved in my heart. Until certain major heights are reached or standards are set, man gats continue to go all out! God bless Dangote, God bless Nigeria! BTW! I dedicate this frontpage to my Queen VdLaw! |
Commendable MR. Governor. At least something my tax is doing. If they see any nuisance near here to vandalize during protest, you have my permission to arrest and execute by a firing squad. That act is terrorism and we can't accommodate or negotiate with terrorists |
Na just God give am that goal, after they canceled the goal he assisted. |
Impressive feats and encouraging. |
harjay1986:How? This has to be a miracle. Please do a master class for us please. |
brain54:Sarcasm at its best...lol 😂 |
You are a respectable man OP, you can be far greater than you are right now, if only you would focus your energy on producing value, rather than producing cum. Just one month and all these is happening to you? You're talking about fornication like it's a thing of pride and you're looking forward to it? Please, this year, be determined to be a much more prosperous person. If I were you, I will read the books of Proverbs 7, and see what will most likely be my future if I continue in this dirty act of fornication. Cheers buddy 🥂 |
Omo |
This is commendable at the least! |
Ride on Kemi, you are an inspiration to many of us. |
Anything wey Nigeria hand they, na only God fit us. I am Sha dedicating this my FP to my wife-to-be. Queen V aka vdLaw. |

Nwaikpe:What does this really mean? Your 2nd line, can you break it down further? |
