@booqee pregnancy especially from late second trimi makes the body disproportional and we loose balance easily, couple this with a few inch heel shoes the chances of falling becomes greater.

Secondly the added pressure on the heel straight up to the back may result in spinal aches later in life! I'd say keep the stilettos away for now till after delivery.
