Some people use glycerin and others use just water. If your baby is less than 6 months I'd suggest you skip the glycerine and use just water.

I'm already cramping and I take it as a gud sign but then, I'm lying in bed and can't say if d mucus plug is already falling off or not. guess baby is ready to show afterall it's been 38weeks and 4days and my first baby was born at 38weeks and 5days.

Cos your baby was not big at birth,i thought a baby below 3kg won't require episiotomy.

Baby delivery get techniques o! If a woman pushes when she's not supposed to even a 1kg baby go give tear.

Tearing during delivery doesn't have to do with baby size alone.

It happens rarely though and sadly it's usually irreversible. She can still get some hearing back with the aid of steroids and aspirin.

She will need physiotherapy for a long while! The cause has not been confirmed but blood rush to the ear drum due to rising blood levels is pointed to be one of the causes.

Let her see an ENT specialist asap.

These are part of the necessary things needed by every pregnant woman!

Some women react badly to pawpaw and pineapple! It could cause miscarriage to them. Paw and pineapple has contraction causing chemicals which many pregnancies cannot stand! So it's better to be safe than sorry cause you can't tell how your body or pregnancy will react to it till it's too late and the harm done.
