Take your bush ebonyi and go to your own ebonyi thread. We are not competing with your backward ebonyi state because it is an insult. Chimaadeoye did well to mention Abuja ICC because it is the least level we are aiming, even though Awka ICC is alot elegant and finer. You are talking about jealousy but you are the one here breaking your head even when no one mentioned your ebonyi. You are actually the one that is jealous no wonder you kept floating around this thread and seeking attention with your bush backward state [s] REGENMASTER: Brother hater, why did ChimaAdeoye bring Abuja ICC or Ibom Golf Hotel here? You can as well insult him. Aggressive and uncivilized people like you and Collagiatepaper are not supposed to be on this thread or any public space at all. You are supposed to be locked in a cage because you are not a social compliant being and therefore no value to humanity. I hope you don't suffocate from envy. Even I am Afonja and I like Ebonyi, then I am better than you an Anambra man that out of jealousy is not happy to hear the name Ebonyi. [/s] |

You are one great voice. They are working on the landscaping. I believe they are doing a top notch job because the Chinese contractors that did the 5 star Golden Tulip Agulu lake Resort are the ones developing the Awka ICC ChimaAdeoye: Hopefully, they will be serious with transforming the environment with flowers and trees. Even the Abuja ICC would have been a rubbish glass building if serious effort was not devoted to transforming the entire environment with flowers, grassing of open spaces and trees. One hopes that they will start now to map out the roads so it will be clear where they need to plant trees and flowers now.
Similarly, the Ibom resort which in itself is an ugly structure was transformed into a beautiful site because of the seriousness devoted to landscaping with trees and flowers. I heard Akpabio bought massive quantities of organic manures from local poultry farmers and inorganic fertilizers to treat the top soil to make the grasses lush and trees to grow quickly. The result is a true resort and lush golf course.
Many times, serious landscaping and attention to detail are more important than the design of the physical structure itself. |

Your entire state including your state capital, all the towns in your state are rusty, dusty, dilapidated, disorganized, disjointed, chaotic, useless and worthless. That's the only description of your state. All you do is to camp on this thread 24/7, why not go and promote your backward ebonyi state? Take note that Anambra is the best state in igbo land. Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi remains the best places in igbo land. Aside Abuja, Awka is the fastest developing city in SE and Nigeria at large. On a second note, aside Abuja Awka is best city in SE and Nigeria at large. Onitsha is the economic heart beat of igbo land abd Nnewi the auto giant of Africa. Awka Millennium City in Awka is equally the best, not just in SE but entire West African sub region. I maintain my earlier stand, if Anambra were to be a country people from your backward state would be sleeping at Anambra embassy just to get Anambra visa. Anambra has the best road networks in igbo land. Anambra has the best and biggest economy in igbo land. Anambra has the best healthcare in igbo land. Anambra has the best schools in igbo land. All you miscreants from backward states can only envy, but Anambra is by far above your backward useless worthless state. [s] REGISTER : OTHER IGBO STATES MUST LEARN GOVERNANCE AND PATRIOTISM FROM EBONYI STATE........No apology for this statement. Brother envy is dangerous. If it pains anybody that MIRACLE DEVELOPMENT is happening in Ebonyi State and they don't want to see it, then sorry. It is the same BROTHER ENVY that made other southern states join Hausa Fulani to kill their Igbo colleagues in 1967-1970. Today they are gnashing their teeth under the same Fulani overlords. If I see any good thing happening in any state other than Anambra, I will post it so our people can emulate and do same. Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi are dirty, rusty, dusty, unorganised, chaotic because of our RAT RACE MENTALITY. When can we have just one city in Anambra that people will visit and have calm and serenity? Where people can enjoy life like normal human beings? I am not blaming Obiano but all past governors. If i were a governor, I would start to develop a brand new capital city where the smallest development or even two blocks are put together will be REGULATED. Imagine where Open Spaces, Stadium, ICC, , Government buildings, Museums, Theatres, Massive Shopping Mall, Corporate Headquarters of businesses like Stanel World, Innoson, Coscharis etc are situated. I hope whoever comes in can give us a city we would be proud to visit, relax and be proud of. NO NEED TO INSULT ME. THIS IS NOT ABOUT OBIANO! [/s] |

You are the one that's silly, stupid, useless and worthless. Awka and indeed Anambra in general are among the cleanest cities and states in Nigeria. Oh now I know how the airport project is paining you miscreants. Ndo ooh [s] Tonymexes: Stop this silly baseless talks. Awka is currently one of the dirtiest cities in Nigeria. Governance doesn't start and end with building airport,we can do better,Obiano can do better. [/s] |

ejanla077: Stop posting emotional trash... When u go to ebonyi thread post about ebonyi. When in Anambra thread post about Anambra They actually know what they are doing. But when you respond accordingly now, they are still the ones that would say you are attacking igbo unity. They don't want peaceful atmosphere, but when things hots up, they are the ones that would still shout. |

You have returned from your ban this miserable frustrated vagabond. No, ebonyi should learn from us how to, not just build roads, but build hospitals, build school, build human capital, build its GDP, create jobs, etc. The same Ebonyi people are all over Anambra in their millions seeking for greener pasture. If Anambra was an independent country, Ebonyi indigenes would be sleeping in Anambra embassy just to get visit to migrate to Anambra. That's the situation between Nigeria and America today. Nigerians sleep in American embassy just to get a visa to America. Anambra is the number one state in igbo land, others learn from us, not the other way round. [s] mktinsight: Anambra should learn from Ebonyi how to build roads with a concrete sub base. Expensive but it lasts. Also Abakaliki is far cleaner than Awka or Onitsha because their sanitation task force does its job. Then you cannot see lines of barrow hawkers parking along road anywhere but in Anambra. That is Obiano’s contribution to Anambra GDP. Barrow hawkers and touts everywhere. [/s] |

Useless worthless incoherent post. Take it back, we are not interested. [s] mktinsight: Obi built at least 8 buildings at Amaku transforming it to a modern "Nigerian standard" hospital. However, the construction was substandard and the roofs of many of those buildings are partially collapsing or leaking. The place also lacks a central water reticulation system which is critical for a hospital and central power plant. Instead you have boreholes, tanks and small generators all over the place.Under Obiano there is the addition of the oxygen plant and two other buildings still under construction. But the average hotel in Awka is better planned with better facilities than the nonsense I saw at Amaku where they can't even keep the floors clean or cut the grass properly. [/s] |

Nobody asked for your input. Take it back, we don't need your useless incoherent worthless posts [s] mktinsight: Nigerian markets are built with the idea of maximum profit and not planning or aesthetics. The average mall in Nigeria does not have 170 shops in 10,000sqm of space but our local developers will squeeze 170 shops into 2000sqm. The largest mall in America built over 452,000 sqm has just 520 stores. overnment needs to stop approving nonsense market designs. 10,000 shops in a single location is a recipe for chaos. 10,000 shops but will you install adequate toilet facilities? Water? Security? Adequate parking? What about enough space for trailers to offload? Poverty is of the mind. There is more to life than sitting in a 10x10 shop selling the same thing as 1,000 other people. There is agriculture, craft, publishing, tech, education, health manufacturing. Everyone should not be a retailer. [/s] |

Very useless biased ranking without credible bases. privaldo: The rankings by Webometrics is always biased and 'trashy'. Imagine ranking Stellenbosch University before University of Witswaterand, or Alexandria University. Even check out Federal University, Dutse ranking higher than Bowen and Babcock. Once again this list is for the waste bin. Little wonder people don't take their rankings seriously, if you want a well researched ranking of universities, check out: QS, Times Higher Education, and ARWU. |
