Owerri has since been deserted due to Insecurity while imo indigenes are moving to Anambra for safety. Owerri and Orlu are the headquarters breeding ground of terrorists/ipob/esn, it is from they launch attacks in the neighbouring Anambra, Delta and Rivers States.

Police headquarters was bombed in Owerri, Uzodinma's house was burnt down, Owerri prison was burnt down and prisoners escaped. Abagworo I can go on and on. Face reality, imo state is the Sambisa forest of the east. Even a prominent northerner was killed in Owerri.
