Good Evening, please I need help. Long post ahead

My charger burnt yesterday while I was charging my phone and the phone immediately went off. I tried turning it back on and also booting into safe mode but it didn't work. I also used another charger to charge it to know if it would power on but the screen was completely blank and the charging indicator wasn't showing either. I took it to a Samsung care center this morning and the attendant said I would have to change the motherboard (I have so many important unbacked up files so this was a very hard option to consider).

The issue is that when I plugged it in today, the charging indicator was showing (and is still showing as of the time of this post) but the phone isn't charging so I'm confused because I believe that if the motherboard was bad, then nothing should be coming up on the screen at all. Could the problem be actually the motherboard or something else? I would really appreciate any feedback

Absolutely...! The need to learn about Islam cannot be overemphasized. Just as it's the same with learning anything else in life before building your bias for or against that thing, it'll help you make informed decision about the religion of Islam and you'd not just gulp in everything the western media throws at you hook, line and sinker.
