You should get your informations form the right source. Paying to some random people online isn't advisable. I believe IJMB has a portal where you can make all these payments. |

oyetunjibaba: Yes. I'll advice don't study with those compiled past questions. Most of their answers are wrong. That's why I said you should study your textbooks before attempting past questions. I'll recommend LAMLAD series. That's one of the best when it comes to past questions. 1 Like 1 Share |

cosmos2000: Well, my advice is for you to get the right materials and study them very well. Don't just skim through. Make sure you read between the lines. Try to understand what the text is saying. If you don't understand ask. There's no substitute to this. No shortcut whatsoever. Make sure you complete the texts. If possible twice before the exam. It will help you. Also make sure you join groups on social media where you can discuss with fellow aspirants. I'll recommend some texts that are useful PHYSICS 1. NEW SCHOOL PHYSICS** 2. SENIOR SECONDARY PHYSICS BY P.N OKEKE** 3. SCIENCE PHYSICS 4. ALL-INCLUSIVE CALCULATIONS IN PHYSICS** 5. ADVANCED LEVEL PHYSICS 6. LAMLAD PHYSICS** CHEMISTRY 1. NEW SCHOOL CHEMISTRY** 2. UNDERSTANDING CHEMISTRY 3. LAMLAD CHEMISTRY** BIOLOGY 1. MODERN BIOLOGY** 2. COLLEGE BIOLOGY 3. EXPLICIT BIOLOGY 4. LAMLAD BIOLOGY** ENGLISH 1. INVISIBLE TEACHER** 2. A-Z Those ones in star are the ones I have. There's no need of buying all the ones I recommended in each subject. 2 or at most 3 is okay. 1 main text and 1 or 2 for reference. Another thing I'll like to mention is make sure you study the topic before going into past questions. It will help. |

NewSoul: I understand your question bro and I'll answer to the best of my knowledge. 1. Can I change institution for the second time? Being that I've registered for the post utme of my current institution Yes bro. You can do that. However, there is a limit to the number of times you can change your institution of choice. I think it's 2 times or so. You should keep that in mind. 2. If I'm offered admission by the institution I changed from, will it reflect on CAPS? Your details are already in the database of the institution you changed from and so definitely if you meet their requirements you will be offered admission. But it will not reflect on CAPS because it is designed in such a way that you can only be admitted by your current institution except in cases where an institution request to offer a candidate admission on market place. You have changed from that institution and so, CAPS can only recognize your current institution. In a nutshell, you can be admitted on the schools portal but not on CAPS. And the federal ministry of education has made it clear that any admission outside CAPS is none and void. Hope I was able to answer the question clearly? 5 Likes 1 Share |

Education / Re: JAMB Announces New Date For 2020 Post-UTME Screening by Commmy: 9:58pm On Aug 10, 2020 |
Rgade: Yes... The percentage of each exam in the aggregate score is always made public by each of the schools OAU for example, Utme exams 50% Post utme 40% O'level result 10% For UNILAG it is, Utme 50% Post utme 30% O'level 20% For schools like AAU that doesn't conduct post utme exams at all the ratio of utme score to O'level result in the aggregate score is either 50:50 or 60:40 depending on the school. Schools like UI, UNIBEN, UNIPORT, UNN, UNIZIK doesn't consider O'level results. That's why it is important for each candidate to research well on the school they are applying for. 2 Likes |

Rgade: Actually, some schools still make use of that 2016 model. So, if the school she is applying for is using that model then she needs good grades in her O'level result 1 Like 1 Share |
