I just read where he said that Fulham threw away Anguissa and bought Iwobi. The same Anguissa in Napoli. Please help me ask him if Fulham is bigger than Napoli also? Because that's what his write up signifies.

Please tell him o. Using same logic, Chippa United is 12th in the league out of 16. why is Nwabali not catching all the balls to lift his team?
I can bet with my left ball that he will never reply this. He keeps blaming one player for the woes of his club. Meanwhile he has created more assists than other players from his DLP position. Has more forward passes In opposition half than every other player in the club, created most big chances. I wonder if he will be the GK and the CF. They say he is lazy off the ball, but his heatmaps always say otherwise. But ask them who we can introduce to our MF, they will call a player that have not even declared his intention for GWG. They for some people. Friendlies are coming up, But some will have a death wish if his name appears in the list. But ask them of other options to inject in the MF, they keep mute. Haba! It's sad that we as a country keeps voting ourselves to doom every 4yrs. But the deed has been done. And for those who has protest in their plans, I'll advice that we keep the protest till 2027, then we all can throw the protest vote with anger, protect our votes and make sure that we move this country forward. Moving on the street in the name of protest will not solve the problem. My humble advice.

This is one of the reasons I don't pity the south east when they shout marginalization. They are not patriotic at all. Every region in nigeria is protesting the unbearable cost of living but they will rather sit down and look. If the protests works and the prices of goods and services come down they will buy cheaper goods from the market and reap where they did not sow. Peter Obi that they see as a messiah is worse than failure. His record in Anambra speaks volume. We will keep teaching you people political lessons
This one pain you. It's Haram to protest against a sitting president. Igbos as much as I know will rather not allow the person in the first place. We should give Tinubu some time to finish his tenure. After 4 years if you don't like his policies, just vote him out. Protest is not the answer.

Afterwards, I realized that he is just a power, never say die, warrior that flops in big game. I wouldn’t criticize him because he puts his life on the line for us with the amount of hustling that he does at game. He just needs to refine his style
Spaletti understood VO. In one of his comments he said that VO moves too much, that way he will not be ready when the opportunity comes. He gradually reduced his off the ball movement. And guess what VO picked up. The young man is suffering the same thing his former coach complained about.

Some of us know the reason why we say what we say!!!!!

NO NATION GROWS BY TAXING ITS CITIZENS. developed nations tax it's citizens on what they provide them. But here we pay tax on what the citizens provide for themselves. Nuff said.

lexy2014:

true his tactics was wrong on the night, but what is the difference between the tactics he used in the final and the one he used in all previous games?
.
SA found us out. They dissected the tactics and we all saw how it went. And he deployed it again in the finals. You don't play that formation without a good DLP and CIV have one in Seri. They came against us with 3:5:2. And Seri was the controller. Kessie as CM with fofana uptop. We played iwobi as a DLP but it's not his forte because he is not press resistant and doesn't cover spaces. SA saw it and was busy using the pockets of spaces he was leaving. Coach should have reverted to 3:5:2 immediately we scored. Yusuf, Onyeka, Iwobi. That way we would have curbed the attack a bit and match them with bodies in the MF. Then Iwobi would have been closer to Osimhen. But all is history. We played into their hands.

It is understandable to play well and still loose, but to play very poor and loose a final is miserable.
The super eagles played poorly in my general assessment.
How can a team play a FINAL like that? They should play better than this even if the whole world was against us.
Going forward, I think the NFF should better use homegrown players for tournaments like this. They have more hunger to win and infact they would play even better to sell their talent to the football world.
.
Pls how many CHAN has this homegrown won? How many have they even qualified for? E be things. Ordinary CAF club tournaments they will be nowhere to be found. Pls dead that homegrown unless we are talking of players in Kaizer chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Sundowns, Al ahli. Zamalek and Raja. Even Petro Athletico.

What are you talking about?

Was it the coach that asked Osimhen to be completely useless in a final?

This silly behaviour by most Nigerians is the reason the country remains a perpetual underachiever in almost all performance indicators...

You guys were busy hyping an average player just because he won African Footballer of the Year in a year almost no African player had a good season. The hype got the dude and instead of being focused on the job, he was busy falling at every contact and complaining unnecessarily...

Humility is certainly not a popular virtue in Nigeria...

Calm your emotions. He was only feeding on crumbs. So pls cut him some slack. Conceding that MF to CIV was our undoing. Our game plan was dissected by SA and we were lucky to have escaped. And he deployed the same formation in the finals. Who does that. Even didn't switch tactics immediately we got the goal. Putting the whole team under pressure.

. That's where that tactics come to play. We played 2 MF against 4MF. 2nd half I expected the coach to revert to 3:5:2. With Yusuf, Onyeka and Iwobi. So the tactics brought the pressure on the team. The same thing as against SA. And he kept deploying Iwobi in a position that is not his forte. DLP. Iwobi is not good at marking and covering spaces. And he is not press resistant. And he can't learn it overnight. So Omeruo is right. We conceded the MF without even putting up any resistance.
