I just hope nigerians dont allow this opportunity to learn from the Chinese expertise slip. China developed today because they allowed all the European and American companies manufacture in China using the local people as cheap labour. After so many years all these local chinese people started manufacturing directly in China competing with Western market.

You can see that we are not keying into pushing them to do the manufacturing here. Rather in our mind the government or whomever is depriving the country of the big picture by allowing them to manufacturer in China then ship to Nigeria. This is not good and will not favor the county in years to come. For those thinking that Igbos will be pushed out of the business should think twice. This is more like playing a ball to a wall. It will definitely rebound. I will prefer a situation where the Chinese manufacturer and retail here. In that case. We can get the technology.

I think the main issue is that they are not manufacturing here. Rather the factories are in their country. Best thing that the government should do is to restrict them to do both the manufacturing and the retails here. Most of the schools in Anambra state is funded by missions. The state government only supports by giving them subventions and other kinds of supports. But missions control and fund these schools.
