8million + that voted tinubu wants it to grow. Why is it not growing then. See wishful thinking don't grow economies, rather good policies, right people in right places respect for rule of law, do. The so called obidients are not ministers, governors, president. Not even Bandits, ISWAP and Boko haram. They are just the struggling men in d street. Not even the Sirikas and Yahaya bellos. They don't loot what can be used to build a speed rail from Lagos through Onitsha to Laguna with a spur at Enugu to Portharcout. They don't kidnap school children and Demand billions in ransom. Na only mouth dem dey use. So how then are they working against d nation

Y'all who watched this match then must have had sorrow when that square ball from Emenalo was thrown away. Who was the player sef
Westerhorf knew that Yekini was misfiring. Yet in absence of Amokachi he brought in Thompson Oliha and Adepoju was already in the pitch. Just Siasia would have killed that game off. Imagine such pass to yekini and he couldn't sort his legs. My whole family cried that night honestly. My pop even said that coach sold the match.

Siasia was more impactful in the SE than Kanu.

Was a good foil for Yekini in the early 90s. His performance in the 1994 is overlooked due to the disciplinary wahala he had with a Westerhof before the second round match against Italy. His more mature interpretation of the midfield role at the USA 94 WC really gave the SE a cutting edge unlike the playing to the gallery jayjay in his early days.

I can remember a handful of games that Sia1 came up clutch for the SE.

Westerhorf really do us strong thing for that US94. Rooted Sia1 on d bench even when dem comot Amokachi heels and Amunike blokos. Upon all the misfiring from Yeking. Somehow every pass was still going to him. Italians found out, left the MF for Okocha and Donadoni held on to Yekini. Maybe introduction of Prince of Monaco and Sia1 may have swung that game in our favour.

I saw a report that Finidi rejected the names NFF presented to him as potential assistants.. he want Micheal Nssien..

To my understanding, Nssien is currently the coach of USA u-20...would he willingly leave that job to be an assistant super eagles coach?
They want to force Amokachi down his throat. I'd rather he have quicksilver than that sexy penetrative passes man.

I'm so happy for Forrest. They are the winner today. 3 points cushion with Luton. It will take a lot of bottling for them not to get a draw in the remaining games.

Iwobi Onyeka Onyedika Lookman

4,4,2 again?? We d better upgrade from 3:4:3 to 3:5:2. I doubt if we have d personnel to execute that formation

Walk away from the scene is my advice. Go somewhere, take a deep breath, don't hurt no one, talk to no one, counsel yourself on what u want to do next. Think it through and execute it. She will be the one to tell the story and not you.

This Ibrahim Olawoyin is really doing great with Rizespor. Maybe it's time to have him in the mix.
And I wonder why the maestro Fisayo Bashiru cannot pull his team out of relegation zone.

For the uptenth time. Finidi George is the new coach of Nigeria. We have to understand that each of us has a reason to either say that he is either the right man for the job or not. Many here say that he ain't corrupt and not on his tactical ability. Many here who criticised him after the friendlies are at the moment rooting for him to get it right. While some that didn't critic him then are not rooting for him based on what they have analysed afterwards. Bye and large. It doesn't matter if you are for Paul or if you are for Appolos. SE is our team. Taunting and insulting someone because he feels Amuneke is better equipped for the job makes no sense in anyway one looks at it. It's his opinion and it will not remove finidi from the post. I'm happy that NFF has given him the privilege to get his assistants. So it's left for Mr George to prove the doubters like my humble self wrong. Not being corrupt can only help him to pick players who are in good form but it has no bearing in picking the correct player for the job, because the correct man might be in Zanzibar. It will not help him in applying the right tactics and during game time substitutions to alter the play. In essence, if he is not sound, and doesn't have balls of steel, we all will see it. The buck stops at his table.
We can banter, but not insults. Tankio
