54 years of Nigeria's independent, after the civil war the Igbo's have never gotten a chance to rule
Voting GmB into power gives us a chance to rule this nation just like other zones have.
Some might say must a Hausa person rule the ans I will give to them and s they are Nigerians and the majority they leave opportunities for others just like obasanjo did rule ng Nigeria both as amillitary head of state and as a president.
Now, Nigeria under Gej seems to be the worse I've ever seen. I say this be cos of the high rate of corruption with the president declaring that stealing is not corruption I wonder if the culprit of the 20billion dollars will ever be caught.
insecurity especially the consistent bombings and kidnap of the chibok girls taken with intense levity.
Again the president strategy to winning election seems to be the poorest and unfair strategy I ave ever seen. Bribing is way through, going to churches, to traditional shrines ogboni subjecting himself to shame and this nation to shame.

The bottomline now is that GMB track records speak for him.

I watched a documentary on last year when Dora akunyuli died. She said before the post of nafdac was headed by just anybody, prior to her been the director general it was Mohammadu buhari that insisted on a pharmacist being the head. Thereafter, Dora was then made the director general of nafdac.
Some might say GMB Is too tough but I say then it was a military and he had to fight corruption in a military way. Now if elected as a president he will do all he can to fight corruption under the law.

I posted a topic on Monday that if GMB wins Igbos stand a better chance yes that's true cos if GMB wins its gonna give us the opportunity to rule Nigeria

So therefore I ave decided to vote GMB as the next president of Nigeria.

Schematics:
Who told you that Igbos wants presidency? Gowon ruled Nigeria for 9years, how is NC? Shagari ruled for 4years how is Sokoto and NW at large? Obj ruled for 8years, how is SW? IBB ruled for almost 7years, how is Niger and north at large? Abacha ruled for several years, has it changed Kano from being the state with the highest almajiri in the North?

When you check all these Igbos are still better off even without the so called presidency. In 2019 we Igbos shall present a decent and lettered candidate for the highest office and not for a fat limping clueless a.boki pretending to be an Igboman.

Igbos do not need presidency what we need are the necessary facilities to aide our economy and income. Just like GEJ is already doing by providing the Onitsha Second Niger Bridge, Onitsha Port, International airports, reconstruction of highways among others.

GEJ till 2019

I'm not sure you are an Igbo guy.
is Igbo not part of Nigeria?
i Igbo land would have been more developed than it is now. if an Igbo man had once ruled Nigeria.

IF GEJ WINS, A SOUTHEASTERNER WILL NOT RULE NIGERIA UNTIL THE NEXT 2 DECADE.

This is becos, if Jonathan wins, if he leaves office 2019 a northerner will rule for 8 years. After the northerner rules for 8 years, a westerner may emerge as the next president (u might wanna disagree).
But if the APC wins, with the present gov of IMO state Rocha's okorocha running for presidential primaries under APC last year, he could get a ticket to run as the next president after buhari

CrazyMan:

Ok I want to understand you properly.

You're currently studying MCB right?

You would like to study medicine after you must have gotten your Bsc in MCB right?

In as much as I admire your zeal in acquiring knowledge, you should know that everything in life comes with challenges.

Let's see those challenges and know if its really worth it.

1. Sponsorship: If your parents are the ones sponsoring you in your current Microbiology program, I doubt they would spend another money sponsoring you to study medicine for another 6-8 years. If you have a sponsor who is willing to shoulder the responsibilities or you have enough funds to sponsor yourself, no problem.

2. Time factor: Over 70% of Nigerians graduate from the university in their Mid 20s. So let's assume you're in your mid 20s when you graduate, do you think it would be wise to purchase JAMB form and start seeking admission at that age again? Imagine you abandoning you Microbiology certificate and sitting for JAMB at age 26 simply because you want to study medicine, is that really what you want for yourself?

3. JAMB: What if you fail, or you don't reach the cut off mark for your institution, or your result gets sized or missing, what would you do?

4. Alternatives: There are alternatives for you. You can go for Msc upon graduation, then PhD.

The choice is yours.

Good luck.
U must seriously consider this . u dont wanna just go ahead and make a decision without considering this

CrazyMan:
Tell her to stay away from social media for a while (that's if she's addicted to social media) and devout that time to her books.

Now to your question...reading if you must know is all about your mind set and your determination...if you're not determined, even if you spend the whole day going through your books, it would look like greek and latin to you despite your efforts.

You'll keep asking yourself why isn't all this stuff getting into my head? The simple answer is that you've allowed distraction creep into your mind thereby causing your mind to shift its attention from an uninteresting task (your book) to something much more interesting (friends gist, social media alerts, movies...etc) when this happens, you'll encounter great difficulty in trying to recollect topics you've covered in the course of your reading.

Meaning if someone should ask you any question on a topic you've covered, you'll find it difficult giving him/her a convincing reply. This is the beginning of failure, and this is the major reason why we keep recording massive failures in WAEC, NECO, JAMB and the likes.

For starters, tell her to create a to-do-list, that list should contain all her activities of the day (including her chores) along with their estimated time frame. She should include reading, interacting with intelligent friends, who can help her academically, going to the internet and reading topics in line with her field...etc.

I strongly believe that if she keeps up with that list, and spends the time she allocated for her books reading and browsing through topics on the internet, believe me, with time she would get used to that lifestyle. And her bad grades would be a thing of the past.

Good luck.
thanks.
what you ve stated distraction Is her real problem
when I investigated/communicated with her what I learnt was that she is being distracted by thought she said she can't control. I asked her is it boyfriend or what she said that the thought has nothing of such.
So I asked her that what then she said it th thought of her failures that her fwends that do not even study as much as she does even get better grade than her.
I gave her the little advice I can muster.
I would appreciate if you can state ways in which she can eliminate this thought.

Then question type of reading should work for her. She should get series of questions before reading.
Then additionally, she should try and remove her mind from other stuffs while reading.

She should start interactive studying first. Best way is to read related topics online. She has issues with books at the moment, so I'd advice she does pdf and online for now, then after a month she can start mixing online studies with paper back books.
When reading paper back books, on the first day she can read let's say first 3 pages, the next day she shouldn't start from page 4, she should start from page 1 again and read through to page 5 or 6, the next day again from page 1 to page 9 or 10, next day again from page 1 to 13 or14...........and so on...this way revision and getting used to reading for long will be done speedily.
Whenever she gets tired again, tell her to go and study online....the interactive nature of reading something online makes it fun.

Best wishes to her.
Thanks sir for that.
I think I ave tried showing her this.
But she can't just retain the information she get. I think her problem is forgetfulness.
I dunno what to do to make recall the info she get both on paper and online.
