i tire for them ooo. How can they be sending invite in less than 24hours. May God help us for this country.

i hear all those with CBT last week have been invited for interview.

The CBT involves three stages.
We have the typing test.
They'll ask you to type and you'll be timed. So you have to be fast.
Then the call stimuation. They'll play a. Call between a customer and a customer service rep. You'll be asked to listen to their converstaion and type out the details. Don't worry there will be a vid for you to watch and also a pratical before the real test.

Then the last test is problem solving. This one requires common sense and being able to think fast. Mind you, in all these tests you shall be timed o. So you have to be fast. But don't be afraid. The instructors were very nice and friendly. They pressure you at all..

Btw dressing isn't really a problem here. Just look decent and smart. A nothing too serious. A corpotate gown or a blouse and skirt/pants
