Soldiers. But the police station around that place started shooting (and killed some) people that came out to protest.

Nigerian soldiers, those ones that are half soldiers half boko haram have successfully killed dozens of people after a trailer truck had brake failure, killing dozens of people in an army checkpoint in Ihiala.

The checkpoint was located at a sharp bend down the hill making it impossible for vehicles to stop on time.

The soldiers took to their heels immediately the accident occurred.

All police and army disappeared from checkpoints (there are dozens of them) in Ihiala immediately.
