Are you sure GTB still allows Dollar transactions on their Naira debit cards? I tried using both my GTB savings and Utility (virtual) cards for a purchase of less than $10 last Friday, but kept getting a declined error message which led me to believe GTB has most likely stopped as well.

To say 'am enjoying the phone' would be an understatement. The first thing I notice about the phone is that it's respose to touches is very prompt; as there's no room for lagging. Download pyypl, then get as many firstbank card or Zenith Mastercard, use the $20 limit to fund the pyypl at bank rate, then the pyypl has its own virtual card.
U can then use the virtual card
