Amy360: The reason I asked this question is that I know of someone who travelled through avant healthcare to UK and after 3months,they sent for the husband and their son. So my question now is for me that doesn't want to go through any agency but want to go through the process of verification, writing my CBT exam and ielts and by God's grace successfully gets to UK,would they send for my husband after 3months or when? Ask that person u no this question to be sure |

Amy360: Thank you for the response, what of relocating with my husband almost immediately after passing the exam and getting an offer to come over. I really don't have first hand info about this but from the people I have seen so far, they go first then their spouse joins them later..... I think after their OSCE and they get their pin |

Hunnybee: - It takes 5years to get Independent leave to remain (ILR) - It takes another one year after to get citizenship
UK - Easier to migrate to as a Nurse - If you are serious with it, it takes roughly 4months - The pay is between £24k - £30k - But it is work visa you will be given - It takes 5yrs to get a resident permit - Another 5yrs to get citizenship - RN to BSN top up program in University of Sunderland takes about 12months and cost [b]£12k - #5,500,000[/] Explain better |

I dropped this for some peeps today and tot it wise to also share here @barbie
Difference between UK, Canada and US
UK - Easier to migrate to as a Nurse - If you are serious with it, it takes roughly 4months - The pay is between £24k - £30k - But it is work visa you will be given - It takes 5yrs to get a resident permit - Another 5yrs to get citizenship - RN to BSN top up program in University of Sunderland takes about 12months and cost £12k - #5,500,000
USA - Takes 18months - 24months to process - You will be issued a Green Card - In 5yrs you become a Citizen - Pay is Twice/More than Twice that of UK - Everybody wants the American Dream
Canada Express Entry is the way - You will be given a Permanent Residency Card - In 3yrs you become a Citizen - Pay is More than that of UK but not up to US - Rated 2nd best country to live in the world - Free Health Care |

BlestHanneSSG: Sis, based on what I've learnt here, whether the baby bears her (the mum's) family name or the said father have never been in the picture from day one as you put it, are not even relevant in this EE journey. What's relevant is, as long as there's a biological father figure in that child's life and he's alive, the mum must not only bring this plan of traveling with the child to Canada to the dad's knowledge but she must also get his consent, except she has full custody legally. She needs to get that sorted out first! . Gbam.... Right on point |
