Christianity EtcRe: GOD is Stronger and Mightier Than Your Strongest or Mightiest Opponents by constancefriday(op): 6:02pm On Jul 31, 2023
constancefriday:
We all deal with resistance and opposition here and there, in one form or the other, now and then. Though we often wish our opponents and oppositions don't exist at all, it's important to know that without resistance to motion, motion will be impossible. The existence of friction on the ground is the very reason why we can walk without constantly slipping and falling. It's the reason why you can drive your cars or ride your bikes on the road with ease. The absence of friction makes movement on the earth's surface impossible.
The reason why opponents are permitted to exist by God is because God uses their existence to demonstrate his elevation to victory of those who are closest to him.
The best connection you can ever have is a quality relationship with God. This connection takes care of every other necessary connections.

Here are a few things you need to know about God and the existence of  any kind of opponents.

1. All that God needs to silence all your enemies, opponents, mockers, revilers, etc is one answer or one blessing that dwarfs all they've been saying, doing and aiming at you (even for no reason at all).

All that Hannah needed to silence all the noise and mockery of Perninah was one Samuel.

Who were Perninah's children in Bible history?
Who was Samuel in Bible history?

Now if that makes sense, lose no sleep over the noise and sardonic hues and jeers of your revilers.

2. No matter how long it takes for your breakthrough to  fully materialize, God is never late and his blessing always surely makes up for all the lost time and space.

It took over 35 chapters of waiting by Job to finally get the breakthroughs that absolutely dwarfed all that Satan's attacks did in Job's life.
Job's waiting was from Job 2:11 till Job 37:24 and in the end the wait was worth it.
Always wait on God, the end of it is always great.

3. God is stronger and mightier than your mightiest opponents or strongest oppositions.
It only required one shout of hallelujah to bring down the walls of Jericho.
The walls of Jericho is one of history's strongest and most sophisticated architectural bulwark. It would have taken several months for hundreds of bulldozers to take down that wall but one swoop from the might of God was all that was needed to grant God's children the victory that defies all military strategies.

God has all it takes and a lot more than you can ever grasp with your paws of imagination to perform miracles that defy scientific theories or explanations.

4. The more the opposition or opponents turned against you multiplies or increases, the more God is with you.
The more you're increasingly resisted or opposed, the more God is with you.
  Read Psalms 3:1-8

PoliticsNigerians Shouldn't Allow Their Frustrations Become Weaponized by constancefriday(op): 5:59pm On Jul 31, 2023
''Beware of allowing your frustrations become a weapon in the hands of mischief merchants''
- Apostle Constance C. Friday advises angry and disgruntled Nigerians.

It's wiser to learn from history and from our past mistakes. It's pretty clear that right now, the mischief merchants who are actively trying inflation are trying to frustrate Nigerians up to the level of making the masses become willing weapons of mischief in the nation.
What's going on in Adamawa state, the sit at home that's presently being proscribed in the South East, etc etc
all these are the outcomes of the weaponization of frustration.
So my advise to Nigerians is not to allow their frustrations become weaponized.
Remain Blessed!
Yours Sincerely;

Christianity EtcRe: Where Is The Kingdom Of God That Christ Promised His Saints? by constancefriday(op): 9:42am On Jul 30, 2023
constancefriday:
Where is the Kingdom of God that Christ promised us his Saints?

Many of us often feel disappointed by a lot of things happening around us.
Many things are not going the way we want them to go. Why?
  But we often wonder why?

Where is the Kingdom of God that Christ promised us his Saints? Or Did Christ give us a false promise or wrong information?

The problem with life is not the existence of principles but the perversion or abuse of principles.
In Motivational talk we tend to overemphasize the big things a lot.
You hear "the big dreams", " the big picture" ... Big this, big that and we talk so much about big things such that the things that really matter tend to get easily ignored.

When a Child turns into an adult, his perception of life often tends to shift a lot to big things which are only designed to massage our mountain sized ego which is actually the big mountain blocking us from manifesting God's Kingdom in our lives.

Jesus said "The Little things are the keys that unlock God's Kingdom in our lives."
People who easily ignore the little things or little details of life hardly manifest the Kingdom of God in their lives.

As Jesus says:

A little Faith is what's needed to move the big mountain obstructing the manifestation of God's Kingdom in one's life.

Christ also said "The Kingdom of God is like A MUSTARD SEED which is the smallest of all seeds yet it grows up to become a very large tree, where all kinds of BIRDS and ANIMALS can come and take some shade.

The Kingdom of God is not as large as a Mango seed, it's not as large as a coconut seed or even a maize or corn seed.
It's " as little as a mustard seed".

A Mustard seed is so little that you can't see it easily if it's on the ground but when it grows it becomes a gigantic tree, bigger that the maize plant that dries up after one harvest.

So do not ignore the littlest things in life for the Kingdom of God is found more in the little things of life than they are in the big things.

So be the best as you manifest God's Kingdom in your life for you are a channel of manifestation of God's Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.

Christianity EtcRe: What Does It Really Mean To Lose One's Soul? by constancefriday(op):
Q&A What does it really mean to lose one's soul as Jesus said in Mark 8:36-37?

Mark 8:36-37 says
" [36] What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? [37] Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"

A Man's soul is that part of him that creates his identity. It's that part of himself that helps him identify himself, know his true self and portray himself for public cognisance and eventually after life is done, your Soul is what you will be remembered with.

When I talk about Pharoah or let me say Ramsey (one of the famous Egyptian Kings), what comes to your mind about him is the outcome of the Soul he left behind after his life was done, when I mention Henry Ford; what comes to your mind is the outcome of the Soul he left behind after his life is done.
When I talk about Dr Nelson Mandela or Dr Myles Munroe, what comes to fore in your mind is the outcome of the Soul they left behind after life is done here on earth.
This simply means that a Man's Soul outlives him. The 4 great individuals I mentioned above are not alive today but their soul lives on. The Soul reminds the world of whom you were while you lived in the world. Your Soul will be what generations unborn today will read about you and hear about you thousands of years afterwards, when you're long done with the short life we live on earth.

Jesus says that a Man's soul can be lost. You can gain the whole world but lose your soul.
A lot of folks may not really understand what a loss of one's soul really means.
Losing one's own true soul is worse than death itself. Dying and leaving nothing good behind for the world and generations unborn to read about you or learn about you or learn from you is a typical example of experiencing the loss of one's soul.

This is much more important than making so much money.
It's necessary to ask yourself
if your Soul still intact or if you're you losing your soul?

(1.) Not knowing whom you truly are: The loss of one's soul begins with the lack of knowledge.
Your true identity here goes beyond your social identify or filial identity. Knowing whom you are is all about knowing your divine identity.

(2.) Being unable to be your true self around others: If you find it quite hard to really be yourself around others; you're most likely not having your soul in your own hands. Those who have their soul in their own palms are never afraid of being their true selves around others.

(3.) Having riches but not having wealth: wealth and riches are not the same thing. Having a lot of riches yet lacking the priceless things that truly add value to the riches you have means that one has experienced a loss of one's soul.

(4.) Always choosing money over God: If at all times you choose or prefer money instead of God. You're most likely lost your soul.
Having money (a whole lot of money even) won't make you rich. True riches come from having a valuable and meaningful life that is an indicator of a hale, healthy and hearty soul.

(6.) Pleasing others absolutely while displeasing yourself absolutely: You may have lost your soul if you find yourself needing to displease yourself absolutely to please others absolutely.
Remember in the greatest commandment, you're advised to love yourself.
Read Matthew 22:36-40

(7.) Displeasing others absolutely to please yourself absolutely: while displeasing yourself absolutely to please others smacks of a lost soul, living a life that displeases others absolutely just to please your own self absolutely is not a better option.
While the greatest commandment advises you to please yourself absolutely, it also says that you should please others absolutely too.
Matthew 22:36-40

(8.) Living only for now and today while completely ignoring yesterday and the future: The past shouldn't be allowed to take up so much of today and the path that today paves into the future must by all means be pved in such a way that it doesn't lead the next generation to hell.
If all think about is NOW, if tomorrow or eternity is not at all in your perspective, you're displaying a tell tale sign of having a lost soul.

(10.) Totally ignoring your creator and the giver of life: It takes being a fool who knows not the value of his or her soul to ignore our maker and creator, God almighty himself.
He knows you more than you know yourself and if you can't seem to find your lost soul, turn to God. Choose God over everything always.
It's cool to please yourself absolutely, it's cool to please others absolutely and it's best to please God absolutely while you do both.
Remain Blessed!

PoliticsNLC'S Proposed Strike Would Do Nigerians More Harm Than Good by constancefriday(op):
Apostle Constance C. Friday advises NLC to refrain from causing the masses more pain with their proposed strike action.
The Folks who would suffer the most from NLC's proposed strike are the masses.
I suggest or advice NLC and co to stage peaceful protests rather than shut everything down and hurt the masses more.
The Doctors are already on strike, gas prices are sky high, there's no need to add more pain to that if NLC's intentions are genuine.
I appeal to the presidency and legislation to do all the needful to abate the groaning and sufferings of the masses.
Thanks.

CelebritiesI Didn't Charge Any Church N10m To Sing Or Minister: Mercy Chinwo by constancefriday(op):
Gospel Minister Mercy Chinwo denies demanding for N10 million from a church to perform or minister.
- says the false rumor are being spread by envious and jealous low mean folks.

"Popularity is a good thing" you wake up one day and notice that everyone says they know you, they watch your videos, enjoy your singing, etc etc.
Some well meaning folks often offer you unprecedented opportunities and favours because you're a blessing and you're loved by many, and it's all butterflies, then you notice that there are a few low mean persons who are jealous, envious and hateful.
Not only that, such jealous or envious low mean folks go the extra mile to spread lies around about you.

This case is no different from the recent lies and rumors being spread around that popular gospel singer; and talent hunt winner, Mercy Chinwo requested for N10 million naira from a church before showing up to perform or let's say "minister" since it's gospel music.
"I make more than enough money from album sales" why would I charge a church that kind of amount to perform or minister the gospel when it comes to praising God? Says Mercy Chinwo.

These low mean folks dedicate themselves to ruining reputable individuals rather than find out what they're called to be and become that.
"The world will celebrate you if you discover your purpose of existence and make your discovery your life task."
Quit hating those who have and are now being celebrated. It will get you nowhere.

Cheers! Remain Blessed!

We're so proud of Odogwu himself: Burna Boy as he thrills fans to scintillating and excellent afrobeat jams during the kick off show at the UEFA Champions league finals.
When I first saw the billboards advertising his performance ahead of time, I thought it was a mere publicity stunt, but his appearance and performance were not just real like real life; they were superb and scintillating.

Imagine a stadium in Europe filled to the brim singing "give me Igbo and shayo" lols.

Brazilian Star, Anita also did great.

He says:
"I'm aware that the reason why some of y'all are always prattling about my ministerial controversies is because you desire in one direct or subtle way or another to be in control of me.
The reason why some you either think i'm proud or arrogant is because lately from my disposition it's become pretty clear to some of y'all control freaks after my behind that i'm not letting you dictate what scripts you think i should be performing with on my own stage.
It is one thing to suggest or advise, while it's something else to want to force it on whom you're trying to control"

CelebritiesThe Term "Native Doctor" is Racist and Self Disrespecting as an African by constancefriday(op): 2:01am On May 20, 2023
The term "Native Doctor" is racist; Africans (Especially Nigerians) should stop insulting their own home grown experts and big brains.
if a Swedish Man studies in Sweden, gets his Bsc, Masters and Doctorate in Sweden he's called a "Doctor" respectfully.

India, England, China, Japan, Korea etc they all respect their home grown experts and professionals.

Why do some Africans, Nigerians especially disrespect themselves so much?

That an individual got all his academic cup cakes from within the shores of Africa or his homeland doesn't mean he's not up to global standards.
Don't you think it's a kind of mind conditioning or mind control of some sort that makes you think, being home schooled doesn't mean you're schooled?
Now I'm not saying going abroad to study or to carry out any educational tourism of some sort isn't okay but if you begin to spit at egusi soup and ewedu because you've seen spring rose and mayonnaise, are you really wise?

Think about it.

Can you be respected if you disrespect yourself?

All our leaders who travel out to treat a megrim, or take mere cold caplets, y'all need to read this.

Dr Nelson Mandela was so confident that the health system of South Africa had all he needed to treat himself of cancer.

He was never known for flying out of South Africa for issues such as health, education etc

He ruled the world from where he was.

Although he did a few traveling for diplomatic relations, he never allowed anyone disrespect his home.

CelebritiesRe: Celebrities vs Police: Seun Kuti just Collected His Own Share by constancefriday(op): 7:43am On May 18, 2023

It seems like a pattern
Yes, I wonder who is next on their list. All my celebrity folks I hope the tips I shared above would help ensure it's not you.
CelebritiesCelebrities vs Police: Seun Kuti just Collected His Own Share by constancefriday(op):
Apostle Constance C. Friday reacts to Seun Anikulapo Kuti's recent arrest;
"E be like say Naija Police dey share woto woto for Celebrities one by one"
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that ever since the End SARS protest took place, the Police has been very hard on any celebrity that trips on their trap?
But it's not every celebrity that took part in that protest, why are they jumping on the behinds of both those who did and those who didn't?
Apart from brother Seun Anikulapo Kuti here are a few more celebrities who have had a rap with the Nigerian Police recently:

* Portable: A flag flying celebrity supporter of APC, most likely didn't participate in the protests of 2020, popular for the song Zazoo that became a street anthem.
He had a recent issue with a guy that had the police drag him in and out of jail for a short time.

*Ice Prince: around last year, he had a bad banter with some police officers and they shoved him into jail for assaulting a policeman. He had to part with 500k to regain freedom.
Or is he still remanded?

*Mr Macaroni: my able birth day co celebrant (born on 3rd may just like me).
He was grabbed by the Police along with other protesters during the end SARS protests and according to him, they passed through a lot of hell before they regained freedom.

*Baba Ijesha: Accused of rape and found guilty for rape, he's currently doing time in jail.

*Zinolesky and Mohbad: the two singers were accused of having drugs in their possession and were only cleared of the charges recently.

*Omoyele Sowore: We all know about his case, it was a lengthy one though, it could've been as bad as that of MNK but thank goodness he's free.
The CLRO and Amnesty international wouldn't have let that happen anyways,

*Naira Marley: Was arrested during the Covid19 lockdown for violation of curfew, but he regained freedom pretty quick

*Apostle Constance C. Friday: I don't want to talk about what went down between I and those guys but I'm not pleased with how they handled that case, it was a blatant false accusation and the police folks should endeavour to dig deep while investigating a case to avoid locking up Innocent individuals with the sole aim of collecting bail money.

I want to share a few tips on how to avoid Police issues as a celebrity:

1. Watch your association:
Avoid the wrong kind of company.
90-95% of bad cases come from wrong associations. Be careful of whom you hang out with, someone around you may just be envious and desire to do what you don't expect, maybe set you up.

2. Be Wary of Some Female Folks:
From acting up and going as far as accusing you of molestation or even the main one, it's best to just stick with your partner or only hang out with females whom you trust.

3. Have all your financial transactions or interactions properly documented:
Receipts, transactions etc etc plus statements of the exact purposes of money being given to you or by you to someone else, this can really prevent a lot of issues as some folks are often hell bent on sullying one's image.

4. Be Calm: When you're being interrogated by a Police officer, by all means try to be calm and respond to them respectfully.
If they assault or do you wrong endeavor to convey it to the right authorities, try not to take laws into your hands.

5. Avoid incriminating items or materials: Items like drugs, weapons, or any thing that can tempt the law enforcement to lay their paws on you should not be found on you while you're moving about.

6. Avoid inciting utterances:
Public statements and utterances that incite violence and mass hysteria can tempt the law enforcement folks to come looking for you.
However, I'm not saying be afraid of speaking truth to power but know what is extreme and what isn't.
Remain Blessed,
Yours Sincerely;
Apostle Constance C. Friday Ani

Christianity EtcHow Self Love and Self Esteem Can Be Kept From Becoming Toxic: by constancefriday(op): 9:12am On May 16, 2023
How Self Love and Self Esteem can be kept from becoming toxic:
Self Love and self esteem are two essential catalysts of extensive and radiant self development.
The only problem in some cases is that some folks let their self love and self esteem get blown out of proportion and then they become toxic.
Self love doesn't have to turn anyone into an egomaniac or narcissist.
You first need to acknowledge that you do not exist in this world for yourself alone.
This fact is the first impression that life gives to you by making you come through parents.
If you were designed to exist only for yourself in this earth, God would have just thrown you down from heaven like he did to Satan.
So your passing through the process of conception, birth, infancy and extensive nurturing from your parents and family are the first signs that your existence here on earth is also for impacting others positively.
The aim of self love and self esteem is not to turn oneself into a blackhole that sucks others dry but to become a fountain of fresh water that others can come and drink from or a candle light that can be used to light up other candles.
So simply understand that being your best self is aimed at inspiring others to become their best selves too.
Remain Faithful, Remain Blessed!
Yours Sincerely;
Apostle Constance C. Friday Ani

Let's be sincere to ourselves brother.
90%-95% of the comments here are far from the mark.
It shows that a lot of us don't know our exact problem here in Nigeria.
Cluelessness, inability to grasp the core of the topic being discussed.
I'm talking about adding fuel to fire with our utterances and some of you are saying it's okay to add more fuel to a raging inferno that could likely burn and consume everyone if it's not put on check right now.
It's a pathetic malaise.
Don't feel offended.
You're free to express yourself how you wish, your comments and opinions are welcomed at all times but...
Freedom of speech is not something that should be abused.

Utterances?

Thousands of people are being murdered and being covered up in every part of Nigeria and this dreamer is talking about Utterances?
@successmatters
The problem I have with a few of you guys (including you) is that you always make your conversation about something being wrong with someone.
Is there anything wrong with a dream? Our nation is as f u c k e d u p as it is right now because we're not being led by dreamers.
If Nigeria allows dreamers to lead, in 10 years we'll be the best in the world.
Dreamers become the best leaders.

Ahead of the May 29th inauguration of the President-Elect; Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kasim Shettima, Apostle Constance C. Friday advises Nigerians to be careful and mindful of their public statements and utterances.
- too many hateful speeches and hateful utterances is a danger sign, please beware!

It's normal and natural that everyone won't like someone but going across the borderlines with your public statements and utterances for whatever reasons reeks of a lack of wisdom and self control which is one of the fruits of the spirit.
"Everyone cannot hate you,
and also Everyone cannot like you."

It's a natural law, without haters or opponents we wouldn't appreciate the value of our lovers and friends.
It's wise at least to show some RESPECT.
All these utterances here and there are causing a lot of divisions amongst the people.
Some of my colleagues in the ministry are going across the borderline with their passion for politics for or against a political candidate or political party.
If you can't control your feelings about a political inclination, why are you a cassock wearing gospel minister?

The latest right now amongst political fanatics is that if you don't seem to be as fanatically passionate as they are, it automatically means to them that you're on the other side.
Don't allow yourselves get brainwashed up to the extent of seeing self destruction as a wonderful thing to look forward to.
I think the people involved are losing it. I call on right minded individuals to publicly condemn all political extremes that can further divide the country.
As an unbiased and egilaterian Nigerian, I have a couple of cool friends who are from various ethnic extractions; Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Fulani etc and I don't interact selectively with them due to our divergent political opinions.
Please let's coexist in peace.
Even if you don't like someone, at least RESPECT him/her.
Remain Blessed!
