It's no longer news that this and more is the reason why some of us look outside here for help and hope.

Imagine the psychological impact of this on AJ.
Ever heard of survivor guilt? It's really traumatic. Survivor guilt is one of the number one causes of depression amongst military men.

Now, can you see the kind of heavy prices we pay when we choose Nigeria?

Some of you scowl so hard when you see me and some of my colleagues in the now play ball and speak peacock English.

If this incident was not Anthony Joshua, will this level of attention be given to:
1. The near zero emergency services status of our country,
2. How even the most basic amenities are not in place ?

Beware or be careful of these kinds of people in your life.

They live around you, they live with you and some of them are with you right now as I speak. The more you abide by these rules or principles the more glorious your life will become.

1. Beware of Folks who deny you when the chips are totally down but claim to know you or own you when your life improves: People who only want to show up for the photo session when your situation or conditions get better are fair weather friends and opportunistic scavengers be careful with them.

2. Beware of individuals who only publicize your weaknesses but never talk about your strengths: You hang out with him or her for a few days and when you turn on CNN you're hear "your ex gf said you snore like a fat pig while sleeping and you're not very good in bed." (But she didn't tell us how warm she felt when you hugged her while she was crying about her divorce and how she peeped into your scripts during the exams to update her own scripts). She also said you yelled at the top of your voice when you yelled at all (she didn't tell us how many times she emptied her guts on you but you cleaned it up like a sponge before you had enough, picked up a pencil and retraced the fading boundaries). Why isn't that one on CNN?
(I'm not complaining, I'm not complaining at all).

3. Beware of individuals who don't applaud your progress, growth and prosperity: I wonder why my progress doesn't inspire you.
You seem to like the broke and dependent on you version of you more for some reasons that I can't explain.

4. Beware of People who can tell a straight lie about you through their teeth without bothering about how it damages your reputation or public perception: They're doing so for a reason that is so dark for me to either explain on their behalf or understand. In fact, I don't understand your need to tell the whole world lies about me just because you wanna act like you know me.

5. Beware of People who never want you to have the best quality of what you want: They always advise you against getting the latest updates of a product, goods, services, relationships etc

6. Beware of people who never correct you when you're wrong: You're surprised to see this guy on the list. Well, he's one of us. If a person looks away when you're tying a rope around your neck and standing on a chair and tying the other end of the rope to a tree, and about to kick the chair away. That person probably wants you to disappear but doesn't want to be the holder of the eraser.

Here's a friendly advise for you Mr Peller; don't self snuff. We love you.

7. Beware of People who criticize you destructively: If you had an accidental Entamoeba histolytica infection and you soiled yourself while running to the nearest rest room and someone takes it upon himself to criticize you as if you committed murder, beware of that kind of person or if they're plenty those kind of "people"

8. Beware of people who gossip constantly about others to you: Beware of them because as they're stripping others naked towards you, they're brain jotting the details of your naked body and pretty soon, they'd have you undressed on international TV. It's good to be on international TV anyways, not everyone gets seen on international TV.

They are the Nelson Mandelas, The world cup winning Lionel Messis, one of my favorite pastors and friend, plus one of my friend whom I lost contact with a couple of years ago.

So the Baal I've preached against multiple times is my zodiac image? That's why I must discard the tarots and horoscopes and hold onto the bible.

Aries This zodiac sign is represented by the ram. A ram is known for it's tendencies to engage in head butting fights.

No wonder that lady was just too combative, I had to let her go. Oops I just said I don't believe in zodiacs. I believe in Jesus.

Aries are good in leadership roles and are experts in dealing with conflicts.

Pisces The two fishes swimming in opposite directions to each other. Each one having an appearance of trying to bite the tail of each other.

I used to believe this some years ago, when my hyperactive scientist mind was curious about the matters of life, but after a while I disposed and discarded them because there was no consistence between horoscopes and the contents of the scriptures.

The bible also warned us about engagement in zodiac signs readings and monitoring.

Few years ago, when I read the daily horoscopes, each day the horoscopes said somethings may not go the right way or whatever, I'd begin to panic and I'd be hesitant to go out that day, but I eventually discarded the idea of reading horoscopes and prayed everyday instead.

Now, let me blow your mind about horoscopes and zodiac signs. The energy behind these things are actually demonic. These zodiac signs are also symbols of various and diverse forms of dark spirits and idols.

Let's look at them, one by one.

Understanding what "being humble" truly means and what it doesn't mean:
Amongst the great, rich, wealthy and decorous individuals in the society, the term "humility" isn't very popular. This is because the word humble brings to the mind images that don't fit into the cadres or castes that top notch personalities represent.
Humility is for the poor and broke we often say but it's because the very concept of the term "humility" is misunderstood.
Now, what does the word humble really mean?
Humility is not the act of completely relinquishing your rich or wealthy status or conditions just to convince everyone you're not supercilious. It simply means not letting being blessed, rich and wealthy cloud your judgement or your abilities to properly distinguish between what is righteous and what's not.
Humility is more about your relationship with God than it's with your relationship with people.
Amongst the commandments of God (which you must obey to maintain a quality relationship with God), there are so many rules that point at you not letting your being blessed and favored by God get into your head and cloud your judgment making it hard to distinguish between what's righteous and what isn't.
Humility also enables us understand that everyone is going through their processes and some are getting it right while others just aren't getting it right. Less fortunately for those who're not ticking the boxes correctly or shading the correct answers, they remain stuck at one point or worse still get demoted in life. Yet that does not justify or validate us whom God has blessed to go ahead to be rude to them. I see these kind of guys around me almost all the time and I often feel for them. I feel touched because I don't see too much of a difference between me and them.
It could have been me in their shoes but I chose and decided not to wear that kind of shoe and the rest is history.
It's just like a caterpillar. When you see a caterpillar, it looks like a nuisance. It's always jumping on every thing greenish and chlorophyllous in your garden. At that stage, it needs a lot of fresh greens to grow into it's next stage. The pupal stage of isolated growth and development.
Then out comes a lovely, bright and beautiful colored butterfly.
The same can be said of Jacob before he was renamed Israel.
The word of God says in Isaiah 27:1-6 that "Jacob is the root" and "Israel is the bloom and the blossoming of the root called Jacob"
This means that all the while Jacob was Jacob (which means supplanter or deceiver), he was simply in the caterpillar stages of his growth and development, before his name change occurred and then the blossoming began.
Humility also means being unassuming and not having a sense of entitlement as such kind of behavioural dispositions grows out of the root of pride.
Jesus advised us to avoid exalting ourselves (inspite of all the sweet names God's words calls us). The information from God's words is designed to make us realise that there are many of us out there who're stuck in their caterpillar or pupal stages and are struggling to manifest their butterfly self and that we need to help them ( in any meaningful ways we can) get that done.

Despise not your humble years, never look down at your humble moments. Look back at your before photos and smile, for God has taken you from grass to grace and your own way of thanking God and showing gratitude to God for lifting you from grass to grace is to participate in lifting others from grass to grace as well.

Help other caterpillars realise that a full, fat, juicy, colorful and beautiful butterfly lies within them.

This act in itself is so beautiful, I'm pretty sure it makes life more beautiful and it makes your colored butterfly wings develop more sex appeal, strength, splendid designs and more beautiful colorations.

It's indeed true that

"We rise by lifting others."

Jarvis & Peller: Although their relationship is really shaky right now, and Peller attempted to self snuff barely 48 hours ago, Jarvis & Peller are still my 2025 "Couple of the Year"
It's quite amazing, they're both youths!

Gaise Baba's "No turning back" ticks the box for me. I wonder why Rev. Keseina and Prophet Ubert are criticizing that song, should anyone turn back after choosing Jesus?

4. Sports Person of the year (Male):
That's definitely "Victor Osimhen" our starboy.
It's quite sad the Super Eagles bungled their world cup ticket, but Victor Osimhen stands out as Naija's Sport person of the year.

5. Sports Person of the year (Female):
This one is hard but every single standing member of the Super Falcons, and D'Tigress are all each our female sports persons of the year.

Other categories exist, such as Politician of the year (we all know who gets it), Significant event of the year, etc
