However too much cortisol increases the amount of stress that the human mind has to deal with and over time, it can lead to notable psychological maladies.
Are you feeling too stressed or going nuts without knowing why?
It may not be due to the amount of work that you do. It may be due to the consumption of too much negative information or bad news from the press or from your immediate social environment.
Did you know?
The amount of bad news churned out by the press, news agencies, society and by journalists are intentional.
Well if you didn't know, now you do.
When last did you hear something really good about your politicians, celebrities, icons and society? It's hardly that way.
"Your news agencies deliberately give you more bad news than good news" why?
Bad news brings the bread to their table.
There's a certain conspiracy theory that says "never say anything too complimentary about any popular person because it wouldn't attract the attention or listening ears of the general public who are more than willing to demystify the mystical fellows who tower above others with social influence"
This means; you're 10 times more likely to hear negative information about your society, politicians, business moguls, celebrities, sports icons etc than positive news from your news agencies.
The informations are true but the bad news is prioritized over the good news for commercial purposes.
It's a "cash in on the instinctive nature of the audience who are hungry for gossip and regular demystification of the mystical fellows"
It seems like Eniola Badmus would be presenting the evening news by 9pm today. The audience however needs to know that this "commercialization of much bad news has a significant toll on their health and mental well-being."
Feelings of hopelessness, despair and unrepentant mistrust for highly placed individuals in the society can be linked with the consumption of too much bad news.
Also, feelings of inferiority complex, envy, hatred of the rich, wealthy and prosperous individuals (by some), etc etc are all long term psychological and psychiatric effects of listening to too much bad news (from any source).

Health Experts advise that you can improve your health, mental wellness or well-being and self esteem or confidence by listening to less bad news from the press or from your immediate social environment. Ask for some good news. Have some fun, do some things you love, have regular meditations and never lose sight of hope no matter how mussy or toxic the events around you becomes.
Just imagine, the city of New York for example has up to 100 different radio and tv stations all reporting the same "bad news" at the same time.
Some of these media houses go beyond the penumbra of the stories, they even dish out the umbra (and some the umbra of the umbra of) bad news.
So take our advise; listen to less bad news and have a healthy and happy life full of hopefulness, cheerfulness and understanding between the haves and the have mores.

Note: this is by no means an advise that you completelyy ignore all that's happening around you.
A little bit of timely and useful information can be helpful, it's only too much of it that becomes toxic.

"I once met Pastor Taiwo Odukoya during a wedding reception somewhere in Lekki. It was an extraordinary moment.
It's really sad to hear the news of his death."
I'm quite shocked, i didn't expect it.
Although his life has been a fulfilling one, i didn't expect him to die quite soon.
may his gentle soul rest in peace.
My Sincere condolences goes out to his family, congregation, friends and well wishers. I empathize and sympathize with them with no tongue in my cheek at all.
We shall meet again at the other side, when this battle is over.

It's been 7 years of great work here at RLGC (Real Life Gospel Church), so God deemed it neccesary that i take a short break.
I'm happy to announce that i'm now off the bench and back to work.
It's quite hard for a great player to sit on the bench (he says).
Even as a Coach, you can be so good at it that your fans can call you a player!
Well, i'm the type of player who'll make you love tha game.
Do not be discouraged by the tough times that are facing us right now, we can get through this (he says).

Don't let the Python Swallow you:
(Defeating the Python Spirit).
The Python Spirit is a wicked spirit that is designed to wear out the saints and swallow them up completely.
The aim of wearing out and swallowing up the saints is to keep them from manifesting the light and glory that God has deposited in them.
The activities and operations of the Python Spirit is the reason why many believers are not fulfilling purpose and many saints are wallowing on the borderline of mediocrity or infact below it.
A child of God who relaxes in mediocrity is not fulfilling purpose and destiny. Such an individual should go back to the drawing board and figure out what is not right.
In most cases the Python Spirit is involved.
The Python Spirit is a subtle and deceitful spirit, it doesn't just appear and start working just like that.
It takes time for the Spiritual Python to finally manifest itself and swallow up an individual and if that individual does nothing after being swallowed, the next thing is to perish in the belly of the Python Spirit.
Perishing in the belly of the Python means allowing oneself to finally get destroyed, or finally giving up completely on one's God given goals, dreams, visions, purpose and destiny.
Overcoming the Python Spirit is not an idle affair, it's a lifelong spiritual battle and warfare which has no end until one's time of earthly existence is done.
The moment you stop fighting the good fight of faith, you're surrendering yourself and asking yourself to be swallowed up by the Python Spirit.
The Python Spirit is represented by "anything or everything in existence that stands against the fulfillment of your purpose and manifestation of destiny."

Do you feel swallowed up in life?
Are you in a place where you're at a complete standstill? Do you seldom see anything you plan to achieve or actualize in life manifest in reality? Beloved reader, these and more are signs that you're dealing with being swallowed up by the Python Spirit.
To overcome the Python Spirit, you ought to pray like Prophet Jonah did in the belly of the fish. Relentless spiritual warfare is also recommended.
You must break free from the belly of the Python Spirit and let your destiny of light shine.
When Jesus talked about the bushel in Matthew 5:15, he was talking about the Python Spirit. Those who hide their light under the bushel are letting themselves get swallowed up by the Python Spirit.
Here are some things that can cause you to be swallowed up by the Python Spirit.
(1.) Being Asleep Spiritually: The Bible says in Ephesians 5:14 (KJV) says; "Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light."
It also says in Proverbs 24:33 that "a little sleep and a little slumber can cause penury to catch up with you and swallow you up"
In the KJV translation of Proverbs 6:10-11 says; "6:10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: 6:11 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man."
To escape the onlslaught of penury, you must be spiritually awake and alert at all times.
You must do what you must do when you must do it, at all times. Never be found asleep on the battlefield of life.

(2.) Living a careless and sinful life:
If you're the type that meddles with sin with reckless abandon, you're asking the Python Spirit to come and swallow you up. Guess what? The Python Spirit would gladly do so.because those who.meddle with willful and willing sin are sweet meat to that spirit.
(Read Romans 6:1-2)

(3.) You love worldliness and lead a worldly lifestyle:
Those who love worldliness allow themselves to get squeezed into the mould of the world.
Being squeezed into the mould of the world means being swallowed up by the Python Spirit.
You must refuse to be swallowed up by living a godly and Holy Spirit led and anointed life. Those who are serious with their relationship with God don't get eaten by the evil Lion, those who are serious with their relationship with God don't get swallowed up by the Python Spirit. Conformity or conforming to the world means allowing oneself to get eaten by the Python Spirit. Refusing to conform to the world means transforming oneself and only transformed individuals can overcome the Python Spirit. Transformed individuals don't get eaten or swallowed up by the Python Spirit. (Read Romans 12:1-2, John 2:15-17 and James 4:4)

(4.) Prayerlessness: Prayer is the weapon of dominion of a true child of God.
Without prayers, there can be no power and prayerless Christians are sweet meat to the Python Spirit.
(Read James 5:16)

(5.) Negative Mindset, attitudes and wrong confessions: Many Folks either are not aware of the power of their words or are totally non challant about how what comes out from their mouth affects them.
(Read Proverbs 23:7)
Negative thinking, negative words, negative attitudes and pessimism all attract the Python Spirit to swallow up the person involved.
So do the opposite of the few things I just listed here and you shall be free of every pythonic manifestations.
The Python Spirit often begins by distracting one from his/her destination in life and it then swallows up and then destruction follows.
Resist the Python Spirit with the power in the name of Jesus and be free.

Prayer Points:
- Every critically important areas of my life and destiny, swallowed up by Phyton spirit be vomited by fire, in Jesus mighty name.

- Every Spiritual Python, hunting after my life, my glory, my future and my destiny, be destroyed by fire, in Jesus mighty name.

How will someone who does not believe in the death and resurrection of Christ is counted among the kingdom is that scriptural?
