Watching the original video, one can clearly see that it was talking about election integrity/fraud before that reel popped up (as is normal when watching videos online) about three seconds to the end of the video. When the reel popped up, it was immediately changed back to the original video (just like skipping an advertisement on YouTube) but Trump's media team forgot to edit that popped up reel out of the original video.

Besides, if you even watch the popped up reel in its entirety, you'll clearly see that Joe Biden was also portrayed as a monkey and even eating a banana.
