However children in UK are disadvantaged and it has to be said. The government has taken so much control that it is truly difficult to discipline your children the way you know will do them good in future. I taught in a school inLondon and boy o boy was it a baptism of fire. I could not believe the level of indiscpline and rudeness. The level of sickness amoung teachers in the uk, London in particular is so high because they just cannot cope with the behaviour of the kids, and this i must add was in primary school! Someone in my school was constantly being called up to her sons school, secondary, because he was always in trouble and once i passed his school and there was a police helicopter because there had been some fight with boys using bats and knives.
Everyone keeps to themselves because they are afraid of being stabbed or abused. Have you been on a bus at hometime? Gosh! These kids, thirteen and fourteen year olds were talking about graphic sex acts that theyd taken part in.It was so sickening that i had to get off the bus, as did a lot of other adults, especially some with young children. They do it to shock you so you can say something if you are stupid and then get the mob abuse of your life. Once i saw a child almost walking into the oncoming traffic while her teenage mum stood by puffing cirgerettes with her friends. When i said , ''Hey, your child, '' She hissed and said ''It aint your f***king business a**h***!''

True Nigerian children are not the same as we were when we were growing up. They are exposed to a lot of things. But i think the way we were brought up to respect people and property was not such a bad thing. Majority of Nigerians know what is good for their children and if you don't someone will surely teach you. In London noone cares and there arent much family values. the little there is the govt have suceeded in making people look like child abusers.
Here we are not perfect but by the time your uncle, neighbour, grand parents etc have a word or two your children will generally behave a bit better than one who is so used to not being told wrong or right.
Ultimatley its the waY YOu bring up the child AND the environment the child grows up in and i think the Nigerian environment is better.

Please don't tell me you dont know what i mean, if your hubby is doing all that as you say, and one day he come back home very tired and tell you that he can't do any of those be/live me you will make the house hot 4 him or not? I am not saying all the women are the same, but,

noting much that is what i have just said, when you do any domestic work the next day your woman will ask you to be doing it or are you one of them?

why is it that any time a man come back from work and decied to help in doing some house work like wash the baby or clean any part of the house, the next day the woman will take that to be your work, upon she is not working i am talking of people living in europe or america, should i call it that our women are lazy when the come to western world or what?

i think you should inform the girl's family first don't send them away because the guard might just take off and abandon the girl if she's as young as you think she is then she needs assistance and the man has to tak eresponsibility for his carelessness
