Permit me to share a little experience of mine with you all.
Seriously Adsense could be frustrating, most especially when you think, "wow, i think am set to apply and your application gets disapproved with the captioned DISAPPROVAL MESSAGE above".
When i first applied for adsense, i got disapproved for INSUFFICIENT CONTENT as usual. Then i googled various blogs on the Internet (that desperation when we get rejected), i found some articles saying "BLOGS with CUSTOM DOMAIN gets approval easily".
Sharply as a naija guy, i parked a domain to my blog not knowing that act of mine will cost me more Disapproval messages. I reapplied again and brethen, my adsense got disapproved for two reasons viz;
*Insufficient Content
* Difficult site navigation.

Immediately i reverted to my previous changes by removing the custom domain and fixed broken links. That was how i fixed the sh!T.

Solutions
1) Ensure the url you submitted while applying for adsense does not redirect to another domain when visited.
2) Check for every broken links in your posts, articles or pages using brokenlinkcheck.com and fix them all.

2) Copyrighted material.
Solution to copyright materials is in adsense policies. It stated that user should not post articles or links relating to hacking and hacking tools, pornographie and other abusive words.
It was also stated that infringement of copyright is not allowed.

Most blogger embed external links which redirects to download softwares and and articles for free. Selling of premium tools without owner's prior approval,thereby infringing owners permission. If such links are crawled, they are reported as illegal.

I Was once guilty of this act (posting links to download premium templates for free and premium android development ebooks) and it took me quite a period of time to get it fixed myself. I had to have a review of adsense policy again as to know where i wasn't get it right.

Solutions.
1) Check for every links in your posts and see if any doesn't redirect PREMIUM products to free download sites.
2) If possible, avoid external links in articles because you don't know that link in your post which might be cause of your Disapproval.
3) Do not attach copyrighted images to your articles (image containing Watermark of another author).
4) Always try to avoid copying and pasting of other bloggers article.
