We have exchanged hundreds of emails and messages in the last few months. I shipped 2 of your laptops last week. We spoke on the phone several times in the last 1 week-why would I now decide to ignore your mails.
If you sent an email-give me time to reply-I am the same person who drives 3 hours to pick up your items on Craigslist, the same person who spends time to check out that the same laptop out -the same person who chats with you for up to 20 minutes or more on BBM -the same person you call and want to speak with on the phone.
