It is no longer news that the successive Nigeria government, have continued to despise, humiliate and enslave the eastern Nigeria and yet will not allow its people to leave, as most of them are right to demand an autonomous arrangement, so they can develop at their own pace. People would blame the leaders and politician from the region for the poor state of the little federal assets in the region, but what do they expect from the leaders, when the serving presidents would not listen to their pleas, to approve, such repairs.

The East has the worse federal roads, and federal investment in Nigeria, as punishment for the civil war. But it has been decades now and the same exclusion policy has been going on. Otherwise how would one explain the fact that the east having the smallest size, yet the central government would not help to improve the region.

I will show fear pictures of interventionist works by the Enugu state government in reconstructing the abandoned federal roads leading to the state. One would ask, how much the state collects from allocation ad IGR, compared to other states where the FG has interest. The money used for this works would have been spent in other areas requiring attention. It's like asking the Lagos state government to handle the repairs of Lagos-Shagamu express road...which the central government is doing now. Why would government of a country, brazenly hate one of its part? Would people shouting One Nigeria, not be ashamed of this?

I leave this to public opinion.

The first pics, are works on road, leading to Benue state.

Thats his money... no foreign investors wabts to get punished by IMF.. . Why can't igbos follow dangote and invest in that area... this things that was listed are areas the financiers of the loan agreed to..
South East governors can seek for tge loan themselves but am sure kemi is doing her best
But you are Igbo. Why can't you invest yourself? You will also repair all the federal roads...Infact, as father Christmas, you can advise the central government to sustain their non-investment policy against the SE, as you can provide all that, while the face other regions...An Igbo person indeed...

The world is moving away from coal. It is a disastrous energy source that is bad for the environment
- Lagos to Calabar Coastal Railway Project: Calabar to Port-Harcourt Segment ($3.5 billion)
- Lagos-Kano Railway Project: Lagos to Ibadan Segment ($1.3 billion)

Why won't we ever have Onitsha-Awka-Enugu-Markudi-Abuja segment...Only an evil person will not see how successive government have been working very hard to remove the SE from anything they are doing...This is despicable. What part of the loan will be used for the federal roads in the SE, that are worse in the federation?

This hate we igbos have is what is limiting us i swear
You are a huge joke to yourself... You think, northerners will remember green, when they want develop the only thing they have? Is Dangote going into that or not? Who cares if you are Igbo or not?

In furtherance of the topic "Federal Government Leaves Out South East In Projects From $29.96B FOREIGN LOAN", would the central government have ignored the NE, NW or NC, if one of them, had nothing but COAL? I don't think so. They would pumped at least $5 Billion there. Telling everyone of the need to diversify the economy from oil and gas, to COAL. When people suggest that the SE have been marginalized by the central government, and that this was spurring the youths to desire their separate country, gullible and mischievous people would be calling them different names.

How would a country prosper, when its successive satanic central government, continuous, to subjugate one of its most creative part. This is insanity if anything else. Nobody is begrudging the government of developing regions, but they should find what is strategic in other region, especially SE and invest there...but despite the claim of marginalization, by other governments, this government has shown that, it is like the other one before it. Wicked, cruel and ready to kill those unarmed youths who dare to ask questions. Time will tell.
