My premise is very right just like my conclusion. My premise is hinged on the SW being the odd one out of the other regions. Gradually, the region has declined on the area of educational excellence. Toutism and brigandage is on the steady incline because it has proven to be more rewarding for the leaders of the region. Virtually all the regions in the South are into yahoo but the SW trumps in yahoo plus which is why it is rated an epidemic in the region.
My conclusion remains the same. Greed and wickedness is the reason behind the ugly incidents of ritual killings and skull mining. Even the dead are not allowed to rest in peace in South Western Nigeria. It is a shame.
