Bro, you tried. This the same I have been doing over time. I practice with live account as well, even though I lose at times but I think I have improved better off than with demo account. Thats another way to go about it. I realised my wins is now greater than my losses. When I was practising with demo, I noticed I just do it anyhow without paying proper attention to it and as well without attacking emotions but with live account, my emotions is also being treated as well.

Are you a scalper or day trader, sir?

I opened a new live account to practice how I trade in our competition, I set my drop down on 10% and 0.01or 0.02 lot size for currency, trade only 0.01 for gold. Open only 4 or 5 positions as the case may be. I will be posting my daily out comes here for advice. Below is what haveee transpired since yesterday

4 or 5 positions at a time, with 0.01 lot size will put too much pressure on your account.

Unless you are very good with your entry on all or at least 3.

@Copyjoe, increase your lot size to 0.02 across the pairs starting Monday, I have studied your uploaded trades duration distribution, and compared with your remaining margin level % - I see you are underutilizing potentials.

By using 0.02 across the board, your account will still be effectively sustained and maintained and at the same time you can have reasonable gains. Don't change any other thing you do.

My sell bias comes from weekly TF. Bullish pin bar last week and a resistance right at 1793. I expect a retracement of about 300 pips. So it's just short term. I'll be looking to sell up at the 1hr channel. 80 pips TP

Price is gradually getting to my POI for GJ. The reasons for which I'm going long are;
1. That price (149.9*) is OTE
2. There is a head and shoulders retest
3. There was a new demand zone formed when price left there after forming the inverse HNS
4. That is a price inefficiency from daily TF (gap fill)

I would risk about 20 pips to 30 pips for it. Target as I have said should be around 154.6*

PS: don't catch a falling knife

I was expecting price to retrace before buying.

I think it's played out and the bulls are coming in gradually.
