It's the red for me. I have tried the green several times and it didn't work for me.

But, I use lower TF (only 4H) for entries sometimes. To reduce my risk.

Anything lower than 4H is noisy and gives too many entry or exit signals.

Even 4H has to align with D1 before I can pull the trigger.

Whatever timeframe I look at from H4 to MN must be because I want to understand D1 better.

My brother, my hobby is to teach, I've taught for years, still teaching, and will retire teaching. Another reason I came up with a youtube channel, not to gain followers or to earn youtube $cash, mba - he no fit reach me; in fact, I've spent thousands of dollars on all required pieces of recording equipment and have all been delivered but mhen - I'm damn too busy atleast for now. I've got requests on telegram to open a telegram channel which I had to decline cos I'm just too busy. However, I will continue to teach, not just fx, I venture into other different stuff outside fx and NL. It's a desirable pleasure. Nonetheless, let's venture into a new topic for this weekend as par your request - I will call it "what makes forex traders going round and round a circle"

Debate: Should I trade only on ONE TIMEFRAME and stick to it throughout my trading career, even in a case where no entry shows up on that particular TF but shows up on other TFs OR I should base my strategy on trading any TIMEFRAME AT ALL which depicts good entry at any given time, either M30, H1, H4, D1 whichever comes first then I can switch from one to another based on whichever TF I see my exact entry requirement?

I doubt it.... The HUGE sell off is still looming, likely next month. IMO, I think it may not sell (macro perspective) until price balances at 1.20

I've been doing simple research on how to optimize and maximize your profit potential in the business with one of the props, and I just finalized my outcome. You use small capital to target great profit.....This is more of an analysis I have to make for you to really understand the concept.

I will find time to unleash to you guys this week.

I stand with the reds. Trading just any time frame I believe keeps a trader confused as one may not truly understand the real direction of the market at a particular time.

But trading a single time frame setup (higher time frame) is easier in my opinion as the direction is understood and all that is required is to "catch a train" from a LTF(H4, H1 or M30) moving in the the direction of the HTF (IF the trader is interested in reducing his risk)

I do have drawdowns, sir, luckily, not much. My trading style: I use higher time-frames for entries and exits (lower time frames are noisy for me and I don't have the time either, there is more to life than looking at charts frequently). I study trade ideas of different people ('two good heads are better than one') and most especially, listen to my intuition. Psychology cannot be overemphasized, too (resisting the urge of over trading). Multiple wins or losses affects us psychologically and could cause us to loss pips instead of gain more.

I'm still a student and will forever be a student in the school of Forex. I see Forex as a game. It mirrors our personalities in real life.

Thanks to Infofirst for this platform which is helping all of us becoming better traders.

To all contestants, there is no holy grail anywhere, instead of looking for strategies, create one and be disciplined enough to follow it come rain, come shine.

GU and GJ are now closed (These trades lasted 5 days - they both went through hell), their pips shown in the above pix have been taken, 84pips ish from GU and -7pips from GJ.

I will be stepping aside from GU and GJ till Monday close to reanalyze. Only Gold is left running to check again on Monday close.

It's not easy.

I think the end time for the contest was a mistake. It ought to have ended an hour ago. I will go ahead to manually end it and disqualify @samfelly ( I am not able to access his trades and I have reached out to him days before now but got no response. I gave him all these chances because I remembered he informed me about some stuffs that I allowed but not hiding trades) and then finalize it.

Whoever has any reservations with the top 5 traders can call our attn to it before we announce winners. I will delay announcement till tomorrow. I realized there are a number of trades to look through in each of the contestants .

your opinion, but I disagree with you. It shows that you can't stand the test of prop firm. I don't see any big deal in the rules of the contest.
