Is there anything referred to as application for Visa review for a non-immigrant visa after the applicant has been denied? I heard from an immigration lawyer that an applicant denied for B1/B2 can't appeal but a lawyer can write to the US embassy for review which can be granted or not. Pls enlighten me on this.
