From my experience as an animal scientist nd egg distributor...u can maybe use a/c in ur store, store ur eggs at lower temp e.g like 13-16°C can make d eggs last for like 4-5weeks before spoilage buh the best is to sell or eat within 3wks
Also bout washing, washing d eggs with water makes it easier for bacteria to penetrate into the eggs so I'll advice u use sponge but it also reduces shell thickness/strength so u will need to be careful tho if u re gonna use sponge to remove dirt, d dirt needs to still be fresh and soft so u won't have to scratch d egg too much before d removal of d dirt

Well said bro, thanks but what of the fridge. I had been to some farm where l saw them removing some egg inside the fridge but l think it was off but l will like to know if there is side effect if the are store inside fridge for sometime.

@blackies please how best can someone store egg for some weeks or month that will not spoil,I just want to know also can someone wash egg most expecially the one that stain with chicken's shiit. Your response will be highly appreciated.

Let stop condemning people and start to appreciate any good move. If other state governor can emulate this good development they wil have money to pay civil servant in their various state and we have have enough food in nigeria and say bye bye to food scarcity. If it is the picture he put that you dont like then find away of reaching in him through news paper on the opinon page, appreciate his good work and tell him that he could have make the labeling plain or simple caption instead of his picture he put. He will appreciate it and he will be encourage that way than condemning him. We all know the different between #17,000 and #9,000 price of bag of rice in Nigeria. I also support that he should remove his picture we are all know this this is been done under his administration and under our current president administration it doesn't need to put his picture for us to know that it is his initiative. If they cannot equate HND with Bsc then it should be scrap totally and let see the result. I engineering polytechnic graduate are far ahead of the so call bsc in the area of practical. I have seen a place where HND even common ND build grinding machine, inverter, change over, a stabilizer etc. How many are the colleague in university built they only thing they can do is to brag and intimidate others, let embrace change we need result not paper. Go to china and india and learn what make their country great, common technical student over there are the one constructing chargeable torch light, power bank, electronics, phones etc, what is our university come up with than downgrading other, with their lord lugard approach. what make them to better than us. In the field of engineering Accounting polytechnic graduate perform better according to the research. Overall performance in ICAN are polytechnic product.

In government establishment some HND earn decent salary while in some other govt establishment you will see Bsc earning 120k per month while HND are earning 75k and they did NYSC together and got appointment atbthe sametime, this is veey unfortunate. Are HND holders are not human being like Bsc or they are not good academically ? Let thing of it. If there is anything limiting them govt should just put it in place and end this dichotomy.

Funny, is that not better than the so call uae Dubai to be precise. If you get that in dubai thank God. People travel to dubai without even getting one untill there 3month visa expire. They even want to stay to run business where are they going to get permit.

So it is not good to say that that the people that take that kind of job in cairo have say bye bye to there career how can you explain better. In a situation where some state were not even pay their salary upto 7month. I am not sayibg this to condemn my belove country but just to compare the situation. I will say no condition is permanent and also "tough time cannot last it will surely come and go" people doing such a job in europe, aisa some are not even earn up to that. People doing it are not happy but no option and they just have to do it for the main time.

I have visited this country before and it a nice country. Their people are so friendly, it just like south africa and their economy ready depend on south africa they spend the same currency. They are bless with diamond and a very good tourism atmospere.

To add to the existing list. Quail Bird it another economy Birds,they lay eggs more faster than chicken. Their eggs and their meat have health benefit.

For now l dont know how often people demand for them in the market. If you know more about this you can share your experience.
