Big thanks to you all that contribute. I really appreciate.

My reasons are more than what l listed l just cut it short. They have tried me many time n the place although l cannot asertain where the attack came from. I have killed scorpion in my office and in my house in the same day. Before they use to pour salt on the ground when they notice l was aware they stop. At the back of my window it another house, they use to rear pigin that is local dove called eye-ile in yoruba. I dont know the meaning but l use to imagine what this mean anytime l open my window to see them. Please sorry for taking you to another this just that l am very sensitive.

the new place might not be different from the old one but u have just stated one advantage which is, it is close to the road.

i advise that you move to the new one after careful investigation. move to the new house. @ least u have tasted the old one, try the new one.

but e be like say the old landlord don put ur name for calabash this one wey u dey think of him before you pack out. abi u dey owe am money ? or na him wife dey cook for u ? i nova understand why u dey consider landlord oh.

as for ur church, u can always go there with taxi or okada or ur car. afterall Jesus seff trek go temple to preach.

Sorry about the disturbance bro! I want to believe u are a bachelor, if you dont learn to tolerate others now, it might become difficult for u in d future when u marry.

2. There is also no guarantee that the new place will remain calm forever cos another family can also move in there one day with worse attitude or worse still an overbearing a landlord/lady!!

Since u ar neither having issues wt ur landlord/lady nor neighbour apart d occasional banging of door, I advice u remain where u ar!

My opinion!!
Thank you ma, l very much tolerate other. I expect them not to disturb my peace since l didnt disturb them. I have meet different kind of people in my life and also make friends with even people that are not my tribe. I am not trying to justify my self because l am here to seek for advise. Thank for your opinion

I wonder y some people ask dumb questions. D place u r is not conducive for you and u av planned to move out. Y are you still asking us whether to leave or not? U can stay there if you like. Who cares?
It is not compulsory for you to comment.. If you and some have misunderstanding just go and settle it. We live to learn and you cannot know it all.

Nobody will buy in drum, it will be better and attractive if you can divide them in gallon that is 25littres. Now l dont know how much they sell and buy but they will buy when it cheap and sell when the price increase as people i the business always after capitap gain but if you dont mind taking it to the market at the palm oil section you should get people who will interested in buying if your price is ok by them. I am not pratically involve but it common around. Best of luck
Family › I Need Your Advise, I Am Tired Of Where I Am Living by corpROYAL(op):
Actually, l have shared little about this before now.
I am single man, living in among two family as a tenant which comprises of my landlord family upto six people which lncluding his mother, the wife, the wife sister and the rest are my landlord's children.

In the other part which is a seperate complete two unite of min flat l live in one of the min flat and l have my neighbour with three children living in the other one, all are in the same compound with the landlord.

Since l have enter in this place. There use to be fight between landlord and his wife this happen for sometime and stop. In my neighbour which is co-tenant there own is noise always and is seriously disturbing most especially, as soon as the wife notice l am back home is to continue to disturb like opening their door and close is it severally just to disturb because and if there is light she will increase the volume of their radio loud just to disturb just because l dont engage any of them in talking l only great if ocassion permit we chat small and l went my way. l have observe these for almost a year now. When this persist l call my landlord to report them. They stop for While then the continue and l have promise not to report them again.
Recently the husband which is my neighbour call me and explain that there is little misunderstanding between his wife and the landlord and he want me to help them to settle it which l did with the help of God.
Alot of displeasing characters here and there to cut the whole thing short. Now l want to leave l have seen another place that is more comfortable for me, just #10,000 different from the annual fees l us to pay and it a little bit close to the road. my major concern is my landlord and land lady seem to like me, the landlord do call me if he doesnt see me you know that kind of care.

I dont know how he will feel if l tell him l am relocating and also my Church members in the area who are actually care about me. Although, l have told my Church member before that l may leave the area. In my mind l just dont know what to do l am just tired of the place. Please l need your candid advise as regard to this.

Thanks.

Hi Blackkie,
Very nice thread and thanks for this. I am thinking of going into the business and came across your thread.
Eggs are very scarce here (Abuja). And I dont know how you guys sell that cheap per crate. I bought a crate yesterday at N 1,000. My neighbour got his for N 1,100.. It used to be N 850.
MurphyG1 let me know your location in abuja, l can supplies you medium size at #880 per crate, big size #980
Small size #750
Note, the price is subjet to change due to unstable price.

Politics › Re: Bassey Akpan Seeks Amnesty For Looters Of Government Coffers by corpROYAL(m): 11:27am On May 24, 2016
We need to think deep before we start reacting to every advise that can bring solution. In conflit or problem solving, this system is try not to add to the problem on ground but rather try to think for a way to solve it. What we you say about propose amnesty for boko harm which we all know the problems they have cause to the humanity and to our economy but government propose to offer them amnesty so as to end the problem totally and engaging them. Another example is amnesty given to militant which has solve the problem except the newly emerge that call themselves avengers. In another way round if we look at the gravity of what they have done to the economy looting fund and taking it to another country to benefit, it not a good thing at all. The major thing is how can we solve this permanently, let them make laws that will stop this happening in future. let them bring back the money and inject those money into our economy which l believe it going to bring back our economy to a normal stage.

You need not to criticise people at least that is own personal opinon, if you have any advise to move this nation forward alway give. there are some senators that will not even contribute till they leave office.

Good day Nairalanders,
I don't know if this is the right section to post this, if not mods do the needful.

Yesterday i went for and interview that i was invited for, i took the test and was told i did excellently well but wont be recommended for the job because I don't have the three years experience they are looking for.
This is the question i have been asking myself since then
1.How would the inexperienced get the desired experience when they are not given the opportunity to work?

2. How would the inexperienced get the desired experience needed if recruiters are looking out for experienced persons with minimum of 5 years experience and shouldn't be more than 28 years? am younger though
3. Didn't she peruse my CV well before sending me an invite?( i had to borrow N2000 to go the venue)

This had got me thinking and i made up my mind that having a business is the only way out in this our dear country Nigeria.
This where i need your help Nairalanders.
What kind of business will some one start with N35,000 to Survive.

Travel › Re: South African Who Want To Visit Nigeria by corpROYAL(m): 7:47pm On May 14, 2016
Well Nigeria is a good place to be and is been known for his african largest populous black nation with diverse eithnics.

There are place you can visit in Nigeria that will make your stay a memorable one. E.g obudu cable ranch, this is located in southern part of the country. Another one is olumo rock located in south west of Nigeria in ogun state to be precise. Likewise ikogusi water fall located at ekiti state in south west of Nigeria and alot more, if time permited me l can upload picture of this place for you. Visiting those places can be fun but if you just want to limit to visiting popular places like Abuja, Lagos and Cross River. In lagos there are many places e.g Bar beach, Eko hotel, elegusi beach, art gallery, old eagle square, marina etc, in Abuja, e.g Millenum park, eagle square, jabi lake, unity fountain close to Nico luxury hotel, Silver bird, art and craft village, driving view of maitama, asokoro both in the day time and in early hour of the evening for you to see the night view of Nigeria. Nigerian are friendly and they love strangers and dont hesitate to ask question. I live in abuja and l can be your tour guide to those place within abuja, if l am less busy. But this time of the year you are coming, it somehow, l could have advise you to come around august or july as that is the time vacation time.

You are welcome to Nigeria a blessed land.
