For your information every bank that lends you money wants your business to do well so that you can pay back the loan without any issues which is a cheaper option for them.

If a customer defaults on his loan it will cost you more money and administrative time and effort to recover the asset he used as collateral before you can sell it.

The bank needs to go to court to file and application and this requires paying lawyers l, policemen etc.

No bank wants that burden or stress while doing business because it's a distraction for its staff and it brings bad publicity to the bank!
