Psalm 146:7 He gives justice to the oppressed and food to the hungry. The LORD frees the prisoners.

The truth is after the fall of first man and woman God withdrew many of it's blessings from us. and satan was given power to torment or kill his prisoners. God in his mercies that endureth forever decided to show us mercy to deliver us from satan by sending us messiah ( Jesus ) to deliver us.

John 4:25 - 26

The woman said to him, “I know that Messiah is coming (he who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.
Then Jesus told her I am the messiah.

Now it is established that through this messiah ( Jesus ) we are connected to God and all our needs are met and also delivered from the prison of the devil.

Now as many that connect to this messiah (Jesus ) are given authority over satan to retrieve their stolen goods and enjoy it because the pain in retrieving it has been paid for by the messiah ( Jesus ). The truth is as this world is concerned is either you serve God or satan.

1kings 18:21
21 Elijah went before the people and said, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him.

WHY ARE WE NOT IN POSSESSION OF THE " PAID FOR GOODS?"

*We are ignorant of the fact that these goods ( good things of life good health, protection,help, prosperity e.t.c ) have been paid for by the messiah ( Jesus ) already.

* Devil stole these paid for goods away from us since we are ignorant of them
* We are not connected to the one ( Jesus ) who paid for the goods.
* We reject God's special offer of deliverance ( Jesus the messiah )


HOW CAN WE CONNECT TO  JESUS?[/b]

The simple way to connect to Jesus is to ask him to come into your life and be the lord and saviour of your life forever, follow and believe in him.

John 12:44-46
Jesus shouted to the crowd if you trust me you are really trusting God. for when you see me , you are seeing the one who sent me.  I have come as a light  to shine in this dark world , so that all who put their trust in me  will no longer wander in the darkness.

Corrections:
There is a saying that as " it is done on earth so it's done in heaven." It is a known fact that human being consist of both spirit and soul that live in a body. Now just as the physical body eats to grow strength to enable it go about it's daily activities so also are our souls and spirits .

Many of us only specialise or pay attention on feeding our physical bodies alone not to die of hunger. In case you don't know your SPIRIT AND SOUL also need to feed on food to live , get energy to serve you well. Now, with this understanding the questions are....

* What kind of food do we feed them with?

*How can we feed our spirits/souls?

*What are the consequences of not feeding our spirits/souls?

*What are the benefits of feeding our souls/spirit?

WHAT KIND OF FOOD DO WE FEED OUR SPIRITS/ SOULS?

Unlike our physical body that needs physical food our spirits/soul need SPIRITUAL food.

John 6:27
Do not work for the food that perishes but for the food that endures to eternal life, which Jesus will give to you, for on him the father God has set His seal.

John 10:9
I am the door, if anyone enters through me he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture ( food )

Ultimately the kind of food to feed our souls/spirit is the WORD OF GOD through Jesus Christ. There two forms of spiritual food that we eat.

* God's spiritual food
This is the food we eat each time we believe
and OBEY God's word through our lord
Jesus Christ

*Satan spiritual food
This is the food we eat each time we obey the devil ( enemy of God ) and disobey God ( the maker of our breath, spirit, soul, body and all our ways ). This kind of food gives us strength and confidence to do all manner of terrible evil things that God is against.

HOW CAN WE FEED OUR SPIRITS/SOULS?

The word of God is the spiritual food for our souls and spirit. The first thing is to qualify to access the food ( God's word) and the second thing to do is eating it ( believing in God's word ). That means that the "believing and obeying of God's word" is the actual "eating of spiritual food" we talking about.

John 4:34
Jesus said unto them " my food is to do the will of him who sent me, and to finish his work

Matt 4:4
But he answered " it is written man shall not live by bread alone but by every word (food ) that comes from the mouth of God

What Jesus was saying in effect was that he couldn't survive SPIRITUALLY if he didn't do God's will and finish his work. He was saying that these things are spiritual food without them we can't grow spiritually and survive.

CONSEQUENCES OF NOT FEEDING OUR SOULS/SPIRITS

* We are unable to hear or see from God.
* We become a slave to sin.
* We give satan easy access to afflict us
with negatives of live.

These are the basic foundational consequences from which other consequences generate from. Take for example when you can't hear or see from God many things would be heading to wrong direction in your life. You won't know your rights when satan comes to carry out it's wicked act.

ADVANTAGES OF FEEDING YOUR SPIPIT/SOUL

When you feed your spirit/soul with spiritual of of God's word, you stand to benefit slot

* You are able to hear and see from God.
* Sin will practically be irritating to you
* You drastically close the door through which
devil can access you.
* You become incharge of the devil and not the
other way round

HOW TO CONNECT TO GOD

John14:6
Jesus told him ' I am the way-
Yes, and the truth and the life. No one can GET to the father except by means of me (JESUS ).

John14:1
Let not your heart be troubled. You are trust in God now trust in me ( JESUS ).


John15:23
Anyone that is hating me ( JESUS )
is hating the father (GOD)

Colossian 2: 10
So you have everything when you have christ and you are filled with GOD through your union with CHRIST. He is the highest RULER, with authority over every other power.

God the creator of heaven and earth and the things that lay therein. He is the creator of everything that ever existed anywhere. This almighty GOD can not do these three things....

1. HE GOD CAN NOT DENY HIMSELF ( FAITHFUL )

When you search through the scriptures or history you will see how his mercy endures forever. God will make rain to fall as at when due on both
the wicked and good people around the world. He will make the sun to shine as when due on everybody around the world. He God will make the
ocean to serve every one both the wicked and the good on the earth. God is faithful in ensuring that the same oxygen is present in the air
we breath for both the wicked and the righteous. He is faithful to forgive us our sins when we ask for forgiveness. When we human are faithless
sinful he GOD remains faithful and righteous forever. Unfaithfulness can not be found in him.

1 John 1:9
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

Hebrews 10:23
"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful."

2 Timothy 2:13
"if we are faithless, he remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself.

2. GOD CAN NOT LIE

God the creator of the heaven and earth can not lie. GOD knows everything more than we do. Both light and darkness can not stop him. If God
asked you what the colour of the sky was as you looked into the sky. If your sincere answer was blue and white because that was the correct thing
your human eyes saw but God's answer to that same question turned out to be BLACK and PURPLE. Trust God he can not be wrong as he is always
right while you have the potential to be wrong.
Even though your eyes might have seen white and blue sky, It does not change the fact that Gods eye is perfect and sees clearly than yours would.
At this point it is your own eyes that needs to be fixed or upgraded to see at the level God see. What we see or understand is very limited
compared to that of God. Gods way of doing things can never be compared to that of we man.

Isaiah 58:8
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my
ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Lie can not be found in him.

Number 23:19
God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind? Does he speak and then not act?
Does he promise and not fulfill?

Titus 1:2

"in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began

3. GOD DOES NOT SLUMBER NOR SLEEP

God the creator of heaven and earth does not sleep nor slumber. He is ever strong, he does not go on holiday. There is no small god that can cast
spell on almighty God to make God to sleep off. His life can not be limited or ended. Never! Never! Never! and forever Never!!!. He is the king of
kings that will end the existence of all idols or small gods.
Sleep can not be found in GOD.

Psalms 124:4

Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
