It's like the school I went to for primary and secondary school. For primary school, I went to a school that was private meaning we paid fees that were King's ransom at the time. In return we got desks, books, pencils, biros, etc, from the school. We did not need to buy (I can only recall buying once, but that was because the school's usual supplier had been delayed)

Then I went to a government secondary school. Cheap, eh? Very cheap. And I also had to by exercise books, a desk, a chair, and pay for my uniforms.....

See my last two paragraphs, and then see the comment you made about transformers and meters.

There is nothing like cheap electricity. Somehow, money must be made to pay for power.

Didn't they do business survey of what they are about to buy to know and profer solutions to all the realities coming up now?

Was giving prepaid meter to consumers not part of what they envisaged compulsory before sealing the deal to purchase from federal government?

They don't have money to give compulsory prepaid meters to consumers but they are comfortable giving estimated crazy billings to consumers for the electricity they did not use...right?

All these excuses do not hold water!!

This is fraud, Nigerians are being scammed by d owners of these companies. In a sane society they should be in prison by now.

Is an excuse for their failure? Didn't they do a survey to see the reality of all these things and plan for solution to address them before sealing the deal to purchase.? Where is d cheap electricity in Nigeria? People are paying for the electricity they did not use every month. When a transformer spoils, the occupant of the streets are responsible for the repair. Presently 80% of homes are yet to be equipped with prepaid meters. Why? The Reason is fraudulent, they make more money from excess billing of people for d electricity they did not use......yet someone up there was saying people are not paying enough.

Are you surprised that after a decade of privatisation nothing substantial has change. 70% of homes can not boost of 10HOUR power supply in a week.



U see..... . that is the dividends of corruption. Anybody that thinks Nigeria will be great as it refuses to kill corruption needs his head to be reset with ANOINTING OIL................

..... Christians are being massacred in Nigeria systematically.

I read a story of how a woman pretended to be dead after she was attacked but her male child was not lucky because he was killed while crawling to survive after the attack. The terrorists used a big stone to crush the head of the child.

All this happened while they were preparing for Christmas, they never suspected these terrorists could attack them on a day like that. It was really a dark Christmas for them.


When will these terrorists be caught and jailed never to be released? Where is justice and fairness? Over 400 harmed terrorist attacked and all of them escaped without any caght?

New photos from within a church where at Christmas Christians were massacred in the name of Allah.

Around 150 are confirmed dead so far, properties & farms were looted and burned.
