[b]Since an elder does not sit back at home watching a she-goat delivers with a rope on her neck. I came to realize that some dealers are reluctant to post the complete VIN/chassis no. of their advertised cars for obvious reasons of which include tracking down the source and purchased price of their vehicles by their competitors.

I hereby present to you the Naija VIN usage version as the alternate measure towards the maintaining of peace and progress of this section.

Dealers could be allowed to post an incomplete VIN/Chassis no. as contains in some of the adverts on this forum but highly obliged to post the complete reports as contained in both Autocheck and Carfax of which he/she can edit out any part that has anything to do with the reasons mentioned above.

I also advise all buyers to cross check the VIN/Chassis no. report with what would be given on Nairaland upon serious enquiry via e-mail, sms etc.
In the same time I shall encourage any dealer that cannot post the reports as contained above to post the complete VIN/chassis no. on this forum for the prospective buyers to run the check themselves.
After all, the reasons for VIN are for the accident history, branding, last odometer reading and title disclosure.

Sorry, i have been offline for a while now. Really, i indicated interest in the offer but along the line, my dream of owning a Pathfinder ovewhelm my reasoning and i spoke with Jengu, Carshopper, Adazcars, Enokoko etc for a quotation on 2002 and 2004 Pathfinder, up till now the negotiation is still ongoing. So please we must not crusify Jengu because, mere indication of interest in an offer does not conclude a deal, a demand has to be effective for a deal to be conclusive, so i guess none of us who indicated interest in the offer was willing to make a financial commitment for this deal to be effective.

The average price I have seen on this forum is around the N500,000 mark for both clearing and forwarding fees.

Due to the "December rush", we are looking at a January delivery on these cars. Send me an email with your phone number and we can discuss details. The cars are still in the USA, they have to be preordered. Deal must be concluded by December 15th to guarantee January delivery.

At least 3 people have shown great interest in the 2 Appreciation Muranos. I will make a decision on who the lucky buyer(s) will be, sometime in December. Our offer to Seun remains active until December 15, after which I will sell the car to one of nairaland's interested buyers if Seun does not want the car.
