See yourself again giving lame excuses.

1. How can I be the Op with proxy account when I have been on Nairaland since September 14, 2006 (that was 12 years ago)? Check out my previous posts on Nairaland since 2006. https://www.nairaland.com/naijaman3/posts

2. When you could have simply provide the VIN online, you want people to waste their precious time to come see the car before they get the VIN after which they would discover that the car is damaged. What stops you from posting the VIN if you have nothing to hide? VIN is not a secret thing to get as it can be easily gotten from the dash of any vehicle. So, why are you hiding yours if not to be dishonest and scam people.

3. All my claims have been backed up with verifiable facts but you keep making claims without providing evidence to back them up. Why are you this daft?

You honestly needs to be banned from Nairaland altogether because you are a confirmed scammer and a dishonest person. I hope the moderator of this thread will do the needful.
I don't really understand the conflict here, but with that character, considering his antecedents, it would be wise to consider him guilty until proven innocent.

Provide VIN to micreants and unserious buyers? I gave them a simple offer- get someone in Lagos to come check on the car, the VIN is written on it, they all fled. You are the OP with a proxy account trying to save this fraudulent thread.
Don't kid yourself, the VIN for that vehicle was available even before I made the first inquiry on that sorry excuse of an advert.

If you truly believe your permission would be needed for the VIN to be obtained, spend a few minutes going through my profile and that notion will evaporate.

The photos I posted on that thread represent the true condition of that vehicle before the shoddy repair work.

Don't for a second assume that you've been given a pass because we've all let you make a fool of yourself on that thread. You're obviously not familiar with the auto section, but you will never sell that vehicle with that advert as-is.

So you can continue to update the thread, but that vehicle will remain unsold if you're relying on that miserable advert to get it sold.

That was the entire purpose of that debate, to make it obvious that you're as dishonest and crooked as they come. It's people like you that give middlemen a bad reputation.

Further, if you could be dishonest about an affair as simple as a vehicle VIN, you're most certainly a nefarious character and anyone who has any dealings with you on any other subjects should definitely consider it to be a dining-with-the-devil situation, and I'd certainly hope they all have long spoons.

No:1 i posted the VIN even when i was not mandated to do so.

No:2 i never advertised it was accident free.

No:3 i posted the VIN for prospective customers to run a proper check before negotiations...

Conclusion: @ Cosplay i had so much respect for you but then again i might ve bin wrong....

This was below the belt.

BTW the interior you posted was black fabric interior and mine is ash leather interior plus door mats....

Well.... what do i know
1. If you hadn't done so, it would have been done for you, either way.

2. Not with this level of damage, that will not fly.

3. Well, if you were so open to do so, consider that this makes things much easier for potential buyers to know exactly what's being advertised.

Conclusion :
I'm sure you and I would be so much better off without the respect.

Your advertised vehicle 2014 Honda Accord 1HGCR2F30EA118956 was manufactured as an LX, so it had cloth/fabric seats from the factory.

The leather and other interior trim changes were made after the damage depicted.

Compare the following, both represent factory specifications.

www.nairaland.com/attachments/8363413_20181221203337_jpeg20ee3f321a3f8b4e3c815955531f2e82

A and B always match.

Now compare both to the advertised vehicle.

www.nairaland.com/attachments/8363415_20181221203241_jpeg5bc299bfb9544067b7af9fafc5eb6ae9

That mismatch is a dead giveaway. The factory colour was B.

mayorall:
Naxo one nairalander too sold me Lexus RX330 last August too.

I was not that bothered cos I was introduced to him by another nairalander whom I trust.

I asked him severally if the paper is genuine and he said yes, the other man too said I shouldn't worry he's his person.

In less than 24hours I bought the vehicle, custom also stopped me at same location along Ibadan-Osogbo after Ikire.

I alighted and formed jagaban being my first time cos I have never being stopped on my big daddy for many years.

They requested for my documents, I showed them, they said that it's fake, Jesu, I spoilt mouth, I vex.

I called the dealer he kept on saying it's genuine that they just want to obtain me. Naxo my own agidi too enter gear 5.

The officers said they won't talk to me unless the dealer confessed.

He was begging custom on phone but kept on telling me the paper is genuine.

The brilliant officer told me to put the phone on speaker and I heard the dealer clearly confessing that the documents ain't genune, he told him to confess again that the vehicle came in via land border and he did...my head got a strange sound...motto of 3 point milla..

The custom officer returned us on close to an your journey back to Ibadan, on our way to their office,

They stopped us opposite their office asking for 1m. I told the dealer I will abandon the vehicle and enter Lagos to get back my fund.. I heard lots of name for vehicles on this day

January- 100k

February - 200k

To cut the long story short, . The dealer paid the money and vehicle was released.

On getting to Lagos, the guy started running away from me, for three weeks, I couldn't see him, different excuses.

I carry Soldier go meet am but with tolotolo mind, I dey beg soldier say nah civil case, make them just warn am.

He collected Bill of lading and promised to fix the custom payment

I didn't see anything, he later called me that I am to pay some amounts from the payment which I declined...

I reported it at nearest station... The police were saying I should help him to pay 200k from the fee too... "after naira had exchanged hands"

They started turning against me, I told them the said paper is not possible since vehicle came via land border. Nobody was ready to listen.. I called my sister who is a chief superintendent of police. She called them and they started getting scared of me.

He later promised to get it fixed... after a month, he came up with another fake paper that is on custom system but not on manifest, I declined..

At the end of the day, after 4 months of cruising Lexus RX330, I got back my fund. I told him to go away with 200k though
It's important to identify these dishonest sellers as often as possible. Hiding their identities does a great disservice to everyone else they may mislead.

If he's done it once, you can be certain he's done it lots of times.

My issue is actually with the seller. This was a severely damaged vehicle with deployed airbags at some point in its recent history. But he's claiming accident free with confidence.
So I'll just wait and see how long he would leave that accident free claim there.

Car TalkRe: Apologies to fashautos. by Cosplay: 1:06pm On Dec 12, 2018
That's an interesting theory, with one major glaring and obvious flaw.

The vehicle Legalwealth purportedly purchased is a 2007 Lexus ES 350

Copart Lot 21******

The first vehicle advertised by Fashautos in the thread you posted a link to:

Copart Lot 35******

How would you reconcile or explain that?

*The third photo in the Fashautos advert is for a totally different vehicle, which is also not the vehicle Legalwealth purportedly purchased, as vehicle in the photo has a Nav/Back-up Cam screen, as opposed to the purchased vehicle.

[s]Wow, I have been gone for weeks and you still haven't submitted your assignment. Well I am not here to trade words with you cos I think you should be bothered about your finances at this point. Its less than 3 weeks to the end of the year and I am sure u are nowhere close to your target (if you have any). You come online, hide behind an Email and Alias ( sure your costume is that of a clown LOL) so trying to engage with you is a total waste of time. Keep poking your nose in other peoples businesses and you might just watch this year run out on you like the last 3 years of your life. Another year gone, no real friends, no car, no future. The fact you can't afford a car and think everyone is a Middleman just shows how shallow your thinking and finances are. Knowledge isn't just knowing it, its applying it properly. I am way more than you are right now. Start by being a middleman, just then you might get to own a registered car. Even those you are trying desperately to help are buying/driving their own cars. Your parents must be pained by your actions, gave you an education only to become an online clown!!! (iru omo wo wa leleyi) These quotes will help you. While you read, focus on the message and not the messenger.

"There's no good way to waste your time. Wasting time is just wasting time. ( We are selling cars irrespective of your display of stupidity )

"A year from now you will wish you had started today. ( Having sense )

"Wasting time Is robbing oneself. ( Wasted time/resources )[/s]
Hello Middleman number ***** lost count there

First, cheesy grin

2 weeks?

2 weeks of planning and plotting your comeback? And this is all you came up with? Really?

cheesy cheesy

You're most certainly not a smart fellow. At all.

This just reinforces the earlier conclusion that you're a middleman, and a terrible one at that.

2 weeks wasted . You should have searched for a way to salvage your totally derailed adverts, that would have been a far more judicious use of your subpar intellectual ability, and who knows, maybe even your time.

My earnest suggestion:

Disappear for the next 2 weeks.

Only this time turn your limited mental capacity to other more relevant pursuits.

* I bet some other wiser middleman has sold this vehicle. Check with the importer and owner.
