Those in Sasebo are the Benjo ditches, which are actual public lavatories and look nothing as clean as these photos.

Just ask for VIN. That should be enough. Serious buyer will use the VIN to do the needful. No wise person with N11m will just buy a car without checking. Calm down, only push for VIN to be added to adverts. Good job though

My point is that sudden change is not sustainable. You are pushing for change in dealers' behavior towards disclosure. It has to be gradual to be effective. Push for step one first. Step one is making dealers post VIN of vehicles listed for sale. I believe in measurable success. If you are pushing vaguely, how do you know when your campaign is successful? Push for VIN to be added in listings first.

I disagree with the notion that both things cannot be accomplished simultaneously.

As long as the damage is flood, it needs to be stated.

Just to illustrate, this Glk 350 was practically submerged in saltwater.

The people who designate these vehicles as parts only, export only or non repairable are not fools.

If you understood just how terribly damaged this vehicle was, you'd understand that my comment was not in any way unnecessary or out of place.

As long as the damage is water or flood, it needs to be stated.

Alan R. Mulally went on to make critical decisions that many regard as being revolutionary and restored flagging confidence in FoMoCo.

His time as Ford Motor Co. CEO (2006-2014) turned out to be some of the best in FoMoCo's recent history.

He came in with the outsider mindset, determined to learn from what he considered the best, which was actually a Lexus LS430, not an LS460 as mentioned.

Production of the LS460 started Late 2006 but the first Model Year was 2007. Mr Mulally's comments were made mid 2006.

If this vehicle has a Flood Damage history, it's not enough to just provide the VIN. You'd need to state that in the advert.

You've missed the point Sir.

The point was, and is, that claims of accident free, flood, etc only make sense when the VIN is provided alongside them.

This vehicle may or may not be accident and Flood free, but without the VIN provided on the advert those claims seem much less veritable.
