Embassy will turn it down requesting u go get d ctc,even d peeps at d mfa are suprised at dis cos it's like d dutch embassy in nigeria are d ones making d rules for d mfa.poster u and i know how d ned always try to frustrate peeps with stuffs like dis.d cost of legalizing at d dutch embassy is like ten times wat it costs at d belgium embassy which u'll also find shocking.
