1. Never Get into Senseless Fights

I was at a grocery store one day with one of my gym lads, just finished from the gym actually. I encountered this guy on a narrow path down the store aisle. He was right at the entrance of the aisle, while i was just in the middle. I was carrying two baskets which has occupied the space already. Long story short, i got to where he was and demanded to pass through but he was so reluctant. Well i did made my way past him but he then said something so disrespectful.

At that moment, i could tell him off, get super bitter, which may have escalated into something much bigger. I could have thought to myself, "I've got my boy with me, we could just beat him up right now." No, I didn't. I only looked back at him, apologised for causing such convenience to him. Left the scene, without any trouble. That made me feel good afterwards because i didn't end up in a mess.

So guys, senseless or uncalled for fights are not just cool. If you can be strong and hold back on your part, just do it. Even if it's not your fault or even if you think you will win the fight anyway, just be strong and ignore it all. Fighting doesn't make you an ALPHA MALE, No!



2. Never Have a Dirty Car

Your car ought to be a reflection of who you are. Having a dirty car is not cool. I've seen some guys say "OH!, having a dusty car is fressssh! Trust me mate, it is so cool and it makes you look more manly." Hell no buddy! That is just disgusting.

If it's all dirty on the outside, and on the inside, all we can see is spilled coffee, coffee cups, water bottle, old food that sinks up your car... trust me, nobody will want to ride with you. But when you have a clean, fresh car, besides it makes you happy for being in a nice clean environment, everyone who gets into your car after that will say, wow, that is really a clean car. And guess what? It doesn't end there. These people will spread the news on how clean and fresh your car is. Also, this will make you seem "Manly."

You don't have to wash or have your car valeted very week. No, all you just have to do is maintain. You may decide to get the car clean every other weeks, but from when you clean it to when you get it cleaned again, make sure you maintain its neatness.



3. Never be Gross in Public

You know, I've seen some guys doing some gross things in public. Things like burping, picking noses, scratching their Bollocks or even putting their hands in their pants; all these in front of other people, and then, they laugh about it as if its okay because they are guys. Hmm, that's just a DON'T.

So, get some music on. Think of everything you need to bring along, everything you need to wear. Put them all on your bed. As I have said, dates could be very stressful, but if you set yourself to a very good mood, you have a better chance that your date night will turn out to be great.

Make sure your clothes are neat and are not wrinkled

This is a big one, men. It doesn’t matter how great or expensive your outfit may be. Well stretched and neat outfit will make your appearance look just good. It shouldn’t take long to get it done but it is worth it.

Sometimes, we may feel lazy to go about ironing our clothes… yeah yeah, we all feel like that, but what if you are running late? You can simply spray a little bit of water on your clothes, and trust me, this will do the magic.

Google will back Apple in its court battle with the FBI over the security of its iPhone.

Last week, a court ordered Apple to help the FBI hack into a locked iPhone used by Syed Farook, who together with his wife Tashfeen Malik killed 14 people in San Bernardino, California, in December.


Apple opposes the order, arguing such a move would violate its free speech rights and override the will of Congress.

Google now plans to file a "friend of the court" brief on Apple's behalf within the next week, a person familiar with the situation said.

Like Apple, it fears creating a precedent that authorities could use to read messages, photos and other sensitive information stored on phones.

23-year-old acid attack victim, Rupa, has turned an ugly incident in her life and made a beautiful story out of it. In 2008, Rupa was attacked with acid by her stepmother. She dropped her surname after being disowned by her father, who supported his wife over her.


According to Rupa, she had always dreamt of becoming a designer but after the attack, she had to pause her dreams as she walked in shame with a scarf covering her face.

"I always wanted to be a designer but after the attack there was a pause in my life. I was so insecure and embarrassed by my scars I used to cover my face with a scarf. I always hung onto my dream but I never knew that one day it would be possible and I would be launching my own label" she told Dailymail.

Testing cosmetics on animals is a type of animal testing used to test the safety and hypo-allergenic properties of products for use by humans. According to my research, I see that numerous animals are experimented on and then killed after their use, while others are injured and will spend the remaining of their lives held in captivity. That is wrong. That is being cruel to animals. Animals should not be put through pain just to make humans look better. It is cruel and unfair. Humans can live without make-up. Why should they have to die for us? They can feel pain, and have emotions too. How would we feel if animals wanted to test on us? You wouldn't be happy, right?

Statistics shows that 115 million, not including rats and mice, animals die each year from cosmetic alone. They are forced to live in cold cages, and wait until they are picked to be experimented on. Their blood pressure gets high whenever someone walks past there cage, they also get really scared and start walking around in circles, rocking back and forth and eating their skin and hair. This is not how we should be treating animals, we should treat them with respect. At least, we share this planet with them.

Researchers and Animal Scientists have researched on the fact of testing cosmetic on animals. "I don't think we can justify using animals for cosmetics research," said Clive Page, a researcher at the University of London. Research shows that animal testing on cosmetics or their ingredients was banned in the UK in 1998. And in early 2014, India announced a ban on testing cosmetics on animals in the country, thereby becoming the second country in Asia to do so. Later India banned import of cosmetics tested on animals in November 2014. With all this, we can see that cosmetic testing on animals is wrong.

We know all things got advantages and disadvantages, but on the case of cosmetic testing on animals, advantages only goes to the company because that is what favours them.

• Companies who participate in cosmetic testing have a competitive edge over companies who do not test their cosmetics.
• Companies feel that they are safeguarding the environment through cosmetic testing on animals.
• Companies feel that consumers are pressuring for safe and improved products.
